"Weekend in Paris"
Overall, we had a lovely stay. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and full of great dining options. The staff were very welcoming, creating a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The hotel breakfast and complimentary beverages throughout the day were excellent touches. The spa is easy to book through reception, though it is rather small. I do wish the pool was a Jacuzzi and the sauna a bit hotter, but it was still a relaxing experience.
"A little disappointing."
Very nice place with a great location; our room overlooked the comedy. On the downside, lunch was disappointing with limited choices for the price (€40 for two, plus an €8 supplement for in-room service). The room price also felt high compared to the quality and the area.
"Great hotel, bespoke with lots of cachet."
Located right across from the Paris Opera, this hotel is immaculate with only around 20 rooms, giving it an intimate and exclusive feel. Every detail is perfectly manicured, from the elegant lobby to the beautifully appointed rooms. The staff are attentive, friendly, and always available to assist. Highly recommended—I would absolutely stay here again with my wife.
"Very Comfortable and friendly stay!"
Beautiful stay! We were personally greeted in the cozy lobby while our rooms were being prepared for an early check-in. Breakfast each morning was lovely, and we particularly enjoyed the “honesty bar,” which allowed us to make our own beverages and simply track what we used. It was a great spot to relax, chat about our day, and plan the next. The rooms are small by American standards but included everything we needed—comfortable bed, hair dryer, safe, full-length mirror, and bottled water. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was ideal, within walking distance to Galeries Lafayette and the Louvre. We would definitely stay here again!
"The staff was amazing."
The staff was amazing, and our room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic! The hotel’s location is excellent—an easy walk to the Marais, the Louvre, and even the Left Bank. This is a perfect choice for travelers who have visited Paris before and want to truly embrace Parisian life. The nearby Asian restaurants were a delightful culinary diversion!
"Great boutique in 2nd arrondissement"
We stayed 5 nights for a Paris wedding and had a very positive experience. The hotel’s location is convenient yet tucked away on a quiet side street and small square—perfect for a peaceful stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was tasty, and the boutique touches, like the honesty bar, added a nice personal feel. We stayed in a two-room “apartment,” which could use some renovation, while other family members stayed in smaller rooms that were more recently updated. Overall, a lovely hotel with charm and excellent service.
"Relaxing and beautiful home away from home!"
Our rooms were gorgeous and perfectly appointed. The staff was exceptional—friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The location is ideal, close to the Metro and surrounded by excellent restaurants. Don’t miss the spa! With a small water massage table and a cozy pool, it’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
"Great French boutique hotel!"
We had a wonderful experience at La Maison Favart. Our room was spacious, well-stocked with towels, and the location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. My only suggestions would be to refresh the rooms slightly, especially the carpet and paint, and to add a bedside outlet for charging devices. Overall, it was a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend!
"Perfect for couples"
Our stay at La Maison Favart was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Freddy was exceptional—greeting us warmly at check-in, making us feel instantly welcome, and personally walking us to our room while explaining everything we needed to know. His professionalism and kindness truly set the tone for our stay. Maci was equally lovely—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself is luxurious, elegant, and extremely comfortable, with thoughtful touches everywhere. The location is perfect—ideal for exploring Paris while still offering a calm and private atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for more and would 100% recommend La Maison Favart to anyone visiting Paris!
"Nice hotel"
Nice hotel situated on a quiet side street, less than a 10-minute walk from the Opera House. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival. One minor drawback: in the lead-up to our stay, I received multiple emails offering additional upgrades or services at extra cost, which made me second-guess my booking before arrival.
La Maison Favart
Elegant and intimate in the 2nd arrondissement, this hotel offers refined rooms and a quiet stay near the Opera area.
