Hôtel Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel

"Clean hotel with Eiffel view but far from the city center"
We stayed at this hotel from October 24th to 26th. Its proximity to the Eiffel Tower is fantastic, and the views from the room are truly impressive. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and overall pleasant, providing a relaxing place to unwind after sightseeing. However, the hotel is a bit far from central Paris attractions like the Louvre and Champs-Élysées. As a first-time visitor, I initially found the location convenient, but later wanted to cancel my next reservation, and the hotel did not provide assistance with this request. Overall, the stay was generally comfortable and satisfying, especially for those who prioritize being close to the Eiffel Tower.
"Poor customer service"
The hotel offers fantastic views, but unfortunately, the customer service fell far below expectations. Upon arrival, I was told I’d receive a message when my room was ready, which never came. When I returned hours later, I waited over 20 minutes in line to get my key, even though guests arriving after me were assisted immediately. Retrieving my luggage took another 15 minutes, making me late for my plans. Once in my room, I noticed the advertised sofa was missing. When I approached reception, I was told dismissively that “all rooms are small,” which wasn’t my concern. Speaking with the manager, Assisrem, only made things worse — his attitude was dismissive, even saying, “you are just one person so you don’t matter.” Although he offered either a suite or a 15% refund, I never received the refund, and no sofa or sofa bed was ever provided despite multiple follow-ups. To top it off, the balcony was left uncleaned the next morning. While the views are undeniably great, the lack of professionalism and attention to guests’ concerns was deeply disappointing.
"Food and service were impeccable ambience amazing"
The restaurant is absolutely lovely, with a wonderful ambience and truly delicious food. The staff are exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful — special thanks to Fernando and Shaudis for their outstanding service. They went above and beyond to make our dining experience perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant for both its exquisite cuisine and impeccable service. Five stars all the way!
"A bit disappointing compared to our previous stay."
We usually stay at this hotel because of its unbeatable central location, close to all the places we love to visit. However, this visit fell short of expectations due to inconsistent service. At the bar and restaurant in the afternoon and evening, service was slow and inattentive — we were often seated, handed menus, and then left waiting around 20 minutes before anyone returned to take our order, unless we went directly to the bar ourselves. In contrast, breakfast service was excellent. The morning team was warm, welcoming, and efficient, particularly Amadou near the buffet, who always greeted guests with kindness and attentiveness. Our room offered a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower, but small maintenance issues were overlooked — the sheer curtain was partly unhooked and never fixed during our five-day stay, and the shower head leaked the entire time. Overall, while the location remains a strong point, the lack of consistency in service and maintenance was disappointing compared to our previous visits.
"Wonderful visit!"
We dined at one of the hotel’s restaurants and had Christophe as our server — he was absolutely wonderful! The food and wine were both amazing, and the service made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend dining here!
"Paid for the view but not the noise"
Honestly, this hotel needs major improvement. If it weren’t for its location, I doubt many guests would choose to stay here. The walls are paper thin — you can clearly hear normal conversations from neighboring rooms, and if anyone is loud, sleep becomes impossible. The noise is compounded by the fact that the hotel overlooks a busy soccer field, which stays active and noisy throughout the day. The staff were neither friendly nor particularly helpful, and check-in took longer than expected. For the €1,800 we paid for three nights, the experience fell far short of expectations. The beds and furnishings are dated and uncomfortable, adding to the overall disappointment. If you’re only after a quick photo opportunity, it might be tolerable for a single night — but for comfort, service, and value, I would not recommend staying longer than that.
"Pleasant stay in Paris"
This hotel offers an unbeatable location just five minutes from Bir-Hakeim metro station, making it effortless to explore the rest of Paris. The area feels safe and pleasant, and the Eiffel Tower is practically next door — visible from some rooms and as soon as you step outside. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with quality bedding and everything in perfect working order. Housekeeping was consistent, and the public areas were equally clean and tidy. Staff were polite, professional, and efficient during check-in, check-out, and throughout the stay. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and while other facilities weren’t used, the overall experience was excellent. Considering the comfort, cleanliness, and prime location, this hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris.
"Exceptional"
The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was lovely. However, there were no handrails on the stairs at the hotel entrance or in the lobby, which could be challenging for some guests. Also, there was no plug in the bathroom for the hair dryer. Other than these minor inconveniences, it was a pleasant stay. While the hotel isn’t close to the major attractions, the nearby Galeries Lafayette was a real highlight — definitely worth a visit.
"Absolutely worthwhile …"
Our experience at this hotel was simply fantastic. The service was outstanding, and the rooms were beautiful — especially with the incredible views of the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was number one, and the bar was just as excellent! Everything exceeded expectations, and we would gladly return anytime. Thank you very much for such a memorable stay!
"Fantastic stay, but some things to note!"
We stayed in room 712 and absolutely loved the view and the room itself. The air conditioning, however, was a major drawback—it wouldn’t turn off and was quite loud, which affected my partner’s sleep. Staff tried to assist, but conflicting answers from different managers created confusion. The room was otherwise very well soundproofed; we couldn’t hear neighbors or outside noise with the balcony door closed. The staff were generally friendly, though some seemed less willing to assist at times. While the room showed signs of wear—cracks in bathroom tiles and some balcony fixtures—it did not significantly detract from the overall stay. Service was a mixed bag; considering the high price, one might expect a more consistent luxury experience. The hotel restaurant, Frame, was disappointing and not recommended. Overall, if it’s your first visit to Paris and you want a spectacular Eiffel Tower view, the Pullman is a solid choice, but be mindful of minor issues and service inconsistencies.
