"Convenient Location but Room for Improvement"
The bed was comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep in room 62. However, there was a noticeable stain on the carpet and wall, and the walls were not very soundproof. The toilet was quite small. Breakfast could be improved — there wasn’t much selection, the milk had gone off, and the coffee was cold. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near great restaurants and within walking distance to several attractions, with the République metro station just nearby.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very helpful, and our room was spotless with lovely views. The bathroom was simple but functional, with great water pressure in the shower. We skipped breakfast since there are plenty of excellent cafés and boulangeries nearby. The hotel’s location is fantastic — close to several metro stations and within walking distance of many attractions. The lobby also has a handy vending machine for snacks and drinks. Overall, a comfortable and reasonably priced stay by Paris standards.
"THE best value and hospitality in the revered La Marais, Paris."
This hotel offers incredible value and some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced, thanks to Christel and the five gentlemen at the front desk who were always welcoming and helpful. This was my second visit, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else — the location in Le Marais is unbeatable, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and just steps from two metro stations. The staff make you feel like you’re visiting friends, warm and sincere — a level of service I truly appreciate after 21 years training employees for Loews Hotel Corp. in the US. The views are beautiful, the breakfast is nice, the bathrooms are modern, and the rooms are stylishly updated. Overall, it’s an amazing experience and excellent value for the price.
"Hits All The Basics & Nothing Else"
We booked this hotel in advance for a three-night stay and found the staff to be exceptionally kind — truly the best part of our experience. The lobby has a concierge area with a few chairs and a side room featuring a decorative “bar,” though it isn’t a functioning one. Our room was simple and small but clean, equipped with the essentials — a bed, desk, bathroom, and wardrobe. The temperature control was inconsistent, so we often opened the window for fresh air. For American travelers, the hotel may feel quite barebones, with minimal amenities: no hand towels, tissues, or shower holder, meaning you must hold the showerhead yourself. The elevator is extremely compact, fitting only one person with luggage, and the bathroom setup isn’t suitable for elderly or mobility-impaired guests due to the high tub and awkward shower design. Overall, the hotel provides a clean and functional stay with friendly service, but travelers seeking comfort, accessibility, or charm may find it too minimalistic.

A great and cozy hotel perfectly located in the beautiful Marais district. The comfort level is excellent, with air conditioning, an elevator, and a spacious bathroom. Everything was spotless, and the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. If your room faces the church next door, it’s pleasantly quiet despite being in a lively area — a perfect stay in Paris!

A wonderful hotel with a very friendly and welcoming receptionist. The air conditioning worked perfectly — quiet and incredibly refreshing during the hot weather. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Overall, a great experience and a place I’d happily recommend!
"It’s tight but it’s Paris"
This was my second stay at the Paris France Hotel, and this time I brought my family along. We stayed for three nights after returning from Prague, and once again, I was reminded why I love this hotel. The location is unbeatable — close to two convenient metro stations, a beautiful nearby church, and plenty of great restaurants and food shops within walking distance. We stayed in a family room for four, which was clean, well-maintained, and serviced daily. The only downside was that the double bed was a pull-out sofa, which wasn’t the most comfortable and made the space a bit tight. However, the bathroom was spacious and lovely. The front desk staff were warm, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel offers great value for its location and service. Despite the minor bed issue, I would definitely return on my next trip to Paris.

A lovely 3-star hotel in the charming Marais district. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The single room was small but clean, nicely furnished, and perfectly comfortable for one person. The small lift was a nice bonus. The location is excellent — surrounded by restaurants and within easy walking distance of three metro stations. Very well priced for Paris, and I’ll definitely stay here again!
"Good place with ongoing issues"
This hotel continues to impress with its well-located address and very cordial welcome, which keeps bringing me back. The room was clean and offered decent comfort. That said, the Wi-Fi signal on the floors is frustratingly weak, reminiscent of 1998, and the housekeeping staff can be quite noisy early in the morning. Despite these minor issues, the hotel remains a worthwhile choice for its location and friendly service.
