"Remarkable Paris"
The reception staff were excellent, especially when assisting with an early morning airport transfer no-show. The hotel is conveniently close to the Champs-Élysées—always bustling, yet within easy walking distance to many sights and shopping. Our room was small but well-appointed, though the wine glasses could be of better quality. Staying during Fashion Week offered some remarkable sights!
"Another great stay"
This was my fifth stay at La Clef Champs-Elysees, and it continues to be my go-to hotel in Paris. The rooms are excellent, the location is perfect, and the staff is consistently welcoming, friendly, and helpful. While there are many other high-end hotels at similar prices, I choose this one every time for its unmatched comfort and service.
"Prominent Location / Attentive Customer Service"
Pros: The hotel benefits from a prominent location and cleanliness. We appreciated that the staff ensured we had adjoining rooms for our kids under 11 years old. The rooms have been recently renovated, which was a plus. Cons: There were issues with room deliveries—one delivery was rejected, and several others were stored without being delivered or communicated to us. Additionally, our room was not cleaned on two of the four days of our stay (see attached photo). These service lapses affect the overall guest experience. Overall: I would consider returning depending on how management addresses these service concerns.
"Nice hotel, poor gym"
The hotel offers a nice room with a balcony that allows for good ventilation, and it’s conveniently close to George V metro station. The staff were helpful, and the early check-in was much appreciated. However, the fitness room was disappointing—there were only five cardio machines and a single set of dumbbells up to 10kg, with no weight machines available.
"Great place to stay and location for shopping !"
The hotel’s location is fantastic, and the service is truly excellent. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and we were extremely satisfied with all aspects of our stay. This hotel comes highly recommended, whether you’re traveling for business or with family in Paris.
"Close to the action."
The hotel offers very comfortable rooms equipped with everything you might need, and the location is excellent. Service is attentive and of a high standard. The only downside was the breakfast price—€35 seemed steep for what was offered. Guests might find better value by enjoying breakfast at one of the nearby restaurants.
"Feels like home, coming back year after year"
The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Small touches like the sweet gifts make the stay even more pleasant. The security door adds a reassuring sense of safety, and the rooms are quiet with comfortable beds. I will definitely return.
"Luxurious, great location"
This hotel is beautifully designed, making excellent use of space with high-end finishes in the rooms. The pillow was comfortable, though inconsistencies were noticed between nights. The room included a kitchenette, which was very useful, and street parking is easy to find. Service can be inconsistent—room service was very slow, and one staff member at reception was notably rude. There’s no dedicated lobby or lounge, so it’s worth choosing a room where you can relax comfortably. Breakfast wasn’t included, but nearby options like Paul and Ladurée make this a minor issue. The location is excellent for Champs-Élysées shopping and close to the George V metro line for easy access to central Paris.
"Excellent Stay and Wonderful Service"
I had a wonderful stay at La Clef Champs-Elysees Paris. The accommodations were comfortable, the facilities well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere very welcoming. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Ms. Rehab, who was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and professional throughout my visit. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and provided excellent service. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would gladly choose this hotel again in the future.
"LOVE.. LOVE!!"
Everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel’s location is ideal, and its design is impressive throughout. The property was impeccably clean, the rooms were beautiful, and the bathrooms truly had the “wow” factor! The staff were outstanding—always greeting us warmly, with door attendants prompt and helpful. Everyone spoke clear, fluent English, and they were very supportive when I attempted to speak French for the first time. We stayed here for Bastille Day and were pleasantly surprised by the quietness of our room despite the celebrations. From our room, we saw the defense force planes overhead early in the morning, and just 50 meters from the hotel, we had a prime spot for the parade—absolutely spectacular. The hotel’s central location made it easy to walk everywhere. We 100% recommend La Clef Champs-Élysées; it is truly worth the price and an unforgettable Paris experience.
