My wife and I stayed at this gem of a hotel during our romantic Eurotrip earlier this year and had an outstanding experience. We received a generous globalist upgrade, making our stay feel truly five-star. Breakfast and room service offered delicious options, the location was central, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. We can’t wait for the chance to return!

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, within walking distance of major Paris attractions. Housekeeping is exceptional, and the rooms are very clean. Service is excellent throughout. However, the rooms are a bit small for the price, making it somewhat expensive compared to what you get.

We recently returned to the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme after a wonderful family stay last Christmas, and this second visit—just the two of us—reminded us why the hotel is so special. While beautifully located and impeccably managed, it’s the thoughtful hospitality that truly sets it apart. Without our children, we were able to enjoy quiet spa appointments, leisurely breakfasts, and charming dinners at nearby cafés. The hotel’s prime location—steps from luxury boutiques and a pleasant walk to many favorite sites—made our shopping and sightseeing exceptionally convenient. During our stay, filming was taking place within the hotel, adding an exciting buzz, yet the calm and refinement of the property remained undisturbed. We especially want to thank Sandra in Guest Reservations, whose attentive communication and coordination of our bookings made the experience seamless. A stunning bouquet of fresh flowers awaiting us for a birthday celebration was another delightful personal touch. Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme continues to be an elegant, welcoming, and sophisticated destination. We eagerly look forward to returning and wholeheartedly recommend it.
"Great location for shopping"
The suite was spacious and clean, though the tiny closet made it difficult to hang all my clothes. The location is perfect for shopping, within walking distance of all the boutiques. Dinner on the patio was enjoyable, and the breakfast buffet has improved since my last visit. My main concern remains the staff’s friendliness—smiles from the door attendants and concierge would go a long way in making guests feel more welcome.

We had an excellent 7-day stay—likely one of the top five hotel experiences of my life, and I travel 10–12 times a year for leisure. The staff truly go above and beyond, which makes all the difference. From concierge to bar staff to the front desk, everyone exceeded expectations. I will definitely stay here again.

"Short visit to Paris"
I had a short trip to Paris and chose the Park Hyatt for my first stay at the brand. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located for all the places I wanted to visit. The reception and concierge staff were excellent, anticipating our requests and responding promptly. Breakfast at 7 a.m. was well laid out, but it was difficult to find staff to seat us and take our orders—perhaps it was just too early. Even once seated, staff remained hard to locate, and no one explained the menu or buffet layout. That said, the hotel itself is stunning, and the overall service was great.
