"Outstanding treatment"
The treatments were excellent, delivered with kind and attentive service, and conducted with true professionalism in a beautiful setting. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the peaceful and calming atmosphere.
"Luxury way to discover Phnom Penh"
Located between the 31st and 38th floors of the tower, this hotel offers magnificent views of the city and the winding Mekong River. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and elegantly appointed. The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive. Don’t miss the terrace bar, where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views while relaxing in style.
"Feel like going back to Family Home"
Returning to Rosewood after several months feels like coming back to a family home—everyone remembers you, and you instantly feel welcomed! This time, we stayed in the Grand Room. While there was no lounge access, we were generously given a US$100 credit. The Google TV had a brief looping issue, which was promptly fixed after our feedback, and the shower drained slowly, causing minor flooding—but we reported it to security, and it was addressed. We appreciated the thoughtful bottle of wine in our room—thank you, Ukdy Hak (Dee)! Breakfast was amazing each morning, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty food, served by friendly and attentive staff who were never intrusive. For dinner, we visited IZA and loved the food and service—Malen was an outstanding host from start to finish, and the Omakase was incredible. Each night, we enjoyed craft cocktails at SORA while taking in the beautiful view. Special thanks to Dee at ground reception, Kim and Mana in the breakfast room, Soleab Khem at the front office, and Malen at IZA. Your warmth and attention made our stay truly memorable!
"Appearance over substance"
We stayed for two nights at this hotel, which occupies the top floors of a skyscraper and offers astonishing views by day and night. The design is lavishly curated and visually impressive, and the leisure facilities include a full 25-meter pool. We had breakfasts and two room-service dinners during our stay. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing—while it looked appealing, it was often bland or even unpleasant. The hotel is staffed extensively, though some seemed unnecessary. The wine collection is staggering, with some bottles costing thousands of dollars, leaving us to wonder about the intended clientele. Despite the luxurious setting, the hotel and its stunning bar were surprisingly quiet during our stay, creating a curious contrast between grandeur and activity.
"Fabulous experience on top of Phnom Penh"
Wow—what a stunning rooftop experience! We didn’t dine here but enjoyed the SORA Bar. Walking through the covered area onto the terrace, we were greeted with fabulous views and a great selection of drinks. Complimentary “munchies” were provided while we waited for our cocktails to be prepared. Naturally, we sampled three different drinks and ultimately agreed on our favorite. When the rain arrived, the inside booth offered equally stunning views through the windows. The staff were brilliant, attentive, and welcoming from the front door all the way upstairs. Cocktails were priced at USD 12 each, making this a memorable and highly recommended spot for drinks with a view.

As a regular business traveler to Phnom Penh, Rosewood is the only hotel I choose. It consistently stands above the rest, offering exceptional service and a remarkable experience. The attention to detail is outstanding, and both the hotel and rooms are always spotless. The staff are polite, well-trained, and make every stay truly memorable. With luxurious accommodations and great room rates, this hotel has become a favorite for both my wife and me.

As an avid traveler who has visited many 5-star hotels worldwide, including renowned chains like Four Seasons and Banyan Tree, I was thrilled from the very first moment at Rosewood Phnom Penh. The décor is tastefully chosen, and every detail—from the lobby and reception to the rooms—fits perfectly, creating an incredibly comfortable environment. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. I have never seen an entire team treat guests with such genuine kindness. From the helpful gentlemen at reception to the attentive housekeeping and cleaning staff, the lovely ladies in the spa (especially Jing, who looked after me so lovingly), and the teams at breakfast and the rooftop bar—everyone deserves the highest recognition. This is a great hotel with an outstanding team, and I would recommend it without hesitation. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you!
"Wonderful Rosewood"
What an amazing place! The staff were wonderful, the spa was exceptional, and our room was absolutely divine. We booked the Retreat Package, but the only downside was the set meal—the food was disappointing. It would likely be better to offer a budget and let guests choose from the main menu, which would enhance the experience and likely be more profitable for the hotel. Despite this, our stay was fantastic, and we’re returning in April for another night!
"Gem of a Hotel in Phnom Pemh"
Probably the best hotel in Phnom Penh, beautifully constructed with luxurious interiors. My suite was slightly smaller but offered amazing views. Although I was offered an upgrade to a larger suite without the same views, I chose to stay in my original room. Having stayed at Rosewood hotels in other countries, I can confidently say that the quality of service here is exceptional and sets an even higher standard. The staff, particularly at breakfast and the lounge, were especially attentive and welcoming. If I return to Phnom Penh, this will be the only hotel I choose to stay at.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Rosewood and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking luxurious accommodations. The restaurants were all top quality, and the 37th-floor lounge provided a relaxed environment to enjoy a whiskey and cigar after a meal. A special thanks to Sokla for delivering fantastic service during my visits to the cigar lounge and sky bar.
