We stayed at Hillocks Hotel for two weeks and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, and we were even provided a second duvet upon request without any issues. The hotel organized several trips for us, all of which were well-managed and seamless. A special thanks to Sammy, who took excellent care of all our concerns throughout our stay. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable, and the pool was very inviting. Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay.

This hotel has a lovely lobby and lounge area, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The team is friendly and professional, with special thanks to Miss Sammy and Samphors for being welcoming and helpful in every situation. The breakfast barista, Miss Sreylai, deserves particular praise for her excellent coffee, warm smile, and kindness each morning. The rooms are perfect in size, very clean, and feature a nice bathroom with a powerful rain shower, effective fan, and air conditioning. Breakfast was good and varied, though more tailored to Asian tastes, which may be less suitable for Western children. The main downside was the gym, which is poorly equipped with only three machines, one already out of order, and lacking basic cleaning sprays for users. For guests who rely on a functional and clean fitness area, this is a significant drawback. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel with outstanding staff, and I would return—provided the gym receives modernization and improvement.

This is a very nice hotel with a relaxing atmosphere, good food, and outstanding hospitality. The staff were exceptionally friendly and even went out of their way to keep the restaurant open late to accommodate our late arrival, making our stay especially welcoming and convenient.

The room was spotless and thoughtfully designed—minimalist yet warm—with a bed that struck the perfect balance between soft and supportive, allowing me to sleep better than I had in weeks. Mornings were peaceful, with gentle sunlight filtering through the curtains, and even the shower pressure was perfect—a small detail that made a big difference. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety, and the coffee was surprisingly good for a hotel. What truly stood out was the atmosphere: restful, quiet, and cared for, making it easy to relax whether winding down after a long day or simply lounging. Overall, it was a hotel stay that made time feel a little slower—comfortable, clean, and subtly luxurious in all the right ways. I would definitely return.

This hotel offers a great location, spacious and clean rooms, and friendly staff. The breakfast was enjoyable, and we had a very comfortable stay. We stayed here for three nights with our family and truly liked the experience.

The room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a beautiful view. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and I appreciated thoughtful touches such as complimentary bottled water and a well-stocked minibar, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel, with beautiful rooms and a nice breakfast each morning. The location is excellent—just a 3-minute tuk-tuk ride or a safe 10–15 minute walk to town, making it very convenient for exploring the area.

Our experience at the resort was exceptional. It’s well-located, making it easy to get around Siem Reap with tuk-tuks. The rooms were light, cool, and equipped with great amenities. The grounds, restaurants, and pool were all of a high standard. The wellness spa offered a very relaxing massage, and Lina and her team were absolutely wonderful, adding a special touch to our stay.
