"Lovely Stay with Minor Improvements Needed"
The hotel, spa, and staff were all lovely — attentive, professional, and welcoming. The only areas for improvement are the WiFi in the rooms, which was very slow and often didn’t work, and the heating. Our room often reached 26°C, and the only way to cool down was to open the window onto a noisy street, even though we had turned off the radiator. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay.

"Excellent Service and Relaxing Stay"
The service at this hotel is excellent — staff are polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. The breakfast buffet is very good, offering a wide variety of options. We loved the private garden setting, complete with a comfortable pool, and the hotel’s golf cart shuttle makes getting around the property easy. While the hotel isn’t in the center of town, the shuttle or a short taxi ride makes it convenient to reach Rome’s main attractions. A peaceful and enjoyable stay overall!

Fantastic hotel in Rome with exceptional service and a wonderful breakfast! We stayed here for a few days pre-pandemic and had a truly lovely experience. The breakfast room was fabulous, with beautiful views of the garden and pool area. The hotel is set slightly away from the historical center, which made the stay quieter and more relaxing. Thanks to the complimentary van service that drops guests in the heart of Rome, we were still conveniently close for dinners in the center or for spending the day exploring the city’s main attractions. Highly recommended for a peaceful yet well-connected stay in Rome.

The hotel offers great hospitality and impeccable service. The rooms are spacious and elegantly styled, with a charming old-fashioned atmosphere. The small garden is a perfect spot to relax with a book. The spa provides a wide range of treatments using top-quality products, both from local brands and internationally recognized favorites. The gym is small but well-equipped with everything you need — all Technogym machines, including a Power Plate. The facility is spotless, without any unpleasant smells, and towels, water, and apples with honey are thoughtfully provided. Overall, it was a wonderful stay — truly deserves a return visit.

This hotel is simply fantastic. The complimentary shuttle to the Spanish Steps is incredibly convenient, and the evening cocktails and nibbles in the courtyard are a real treat. The service is flawless — the staff can arrange any trips or experiences you might want. I’d give more than five stars if I could!

"A Perfect Honeymoon Stay in Italy"
This beautiful hotel, along with its attentive staff, made our honeymoon and first visit to Italy truly unforgettable! The location is ideal — close enough to the main tourist areas, yet tucked away so it still feels quiet and secure. The hotel’s shuttle service is extremely convenient and makes getting around the city effortless. We will definitely stay here again on our next European adventure!

The room was satisfactory, though not particularly upscale or luxurious. I haven’t used the hotel amenities yet. The property is a bit removed from the main attractions, so you’ll need taxis or a private car to get around.
"A Relaxing and Luxurious Stay in Rome"
Amazing and beautiful hotel! The location by Borghese Garden was perfect — peaceful, quiet, and ideal for relaxing by the pool between sightseeing. We loved that the hotel isn’t right in the middle of the city, yet there’s a hotel car every half hour that takes you closer to the center if you don’t want to walk through the park. The park itself is well-used by locals and very safe. The staff were wonderful, attentive, and helpful. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all first-class, and it’s so convenient to know that dining at the hotel will always be perfect. We are already planning our next trip to Rome and will definitely stay here again!

A very smart and well-maintained hotel with excellent staff. Note that rooms at the front can be noisy due to passing trams, so request a room at the back overlooking the garden for a quieter stay.
