"CORDIALITÀ – GENEROSITÀ – ELEGANZA una perla a Roma ! GRAZIE"
With my 91-year-old father, I stayed at this wonderful hotel again at the end of October after a long time, and it was an unforgettable experience. Every corner of the palazzo exudes history and cultural spirit, shaped by artists, writers, and actors. The hotel is elegant, with beautiful furniture, fabrics, and tiles, yet it feels lively and full of joy rather than stiff. The staff, including the concierge, are naturally kind and cordial, and their generosity and attentive service left a lasting impression. Our suite was perfect—the fabrics, furniture, artwork, and books immediately made us feel at home. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom spacious and bright, and everything worked flawlessly. Service was discreet, unobtrusive, and extremely attentive. The restaurant was excellent, with a breakfast featuring select delicacies, including creamy ricotta and cornetti that were simply divine. Everything was perfect, and we can’t wait to return. Grazie Mille!
"Boutique ultra luxury with ultra service. Thank you GM Massimo Colli"
We thoroughly enjoyed our one-day stay at this lovely hotel near the Spanish Steps. Initially, we were a bit hesitant since we hadn’t heard of star hotels, but the service was exceptional, and the hotel’s modern, luxurious design impressed us immediately. Having stayed previously at the W Hotel Rome and the DELFI in Rome, this hotel far exceeded our expectations. The entire staff was incredibly service-oriented, and we are already looking forward to returning.
"Great Roman Homebase"
This hotel is perfectly located for exploring Rome’s popular sights, including the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, Via dei Condotti, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Borghese Gardens. The staff—front desk, housekeeping, and bar/restaurant—are all incredibly helpful and friendly. We enjoyed breakfast included through Hilton Gold status, and the spread was a daily treat, especially the mini maritozzi. Although not a small property, we rarely encountered other guests outside of breakfast and never had to wait at the front desk or restaurant. The rooms are well-sized for a Roman hotel, and housekeeping was impeccable with timely daily service and turndown, including charming touches like pillows embroidered with “buonanotte.” Overall, an excellent stay—I hope to visit again soon!
"Nice hotel but noicy"
This hotel is nicely situated in the heart of Rome, very close to the Spanish Steps and popular shopping streets. However, it is quite noisy, and the standard rooms are small. Only the Junior Suites offer more space, but they are expensive. Breakfast was limited, and service was adequate. In our opinion, the five-star rating seems a bit high for this property.
"I’m back."
I returned to the restaurant of this beautiful hotel in Rome and was delighted to find the same kindness and attention to detail as before. The aperitif was a little light, but the barman quickly made up for it. The antipasto and first course were perfect, and the tiramisu was truly exceptional. Service and courtesy were outstanding throughout. Overall, an excellent experience.
