"Fashion week a Paris"

This hotel is a true piece of Parisian history, offering excellent service in an elegant setting. The lavish halls, adorned with important decorations, evoke the golden age of the city. Both the reception and concierge staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast is served at the table, as befits a hotel of this caliber. Our newly renovated room featured a marble bathroom and all the comforts one could wish for, with precise and timely housekeeping and turndown service. The intimate ground-floor bar provided a warm atmosphere, attentive bartenders, and excellent service. However, it should be noted that prices are appropriately high, and despite partial renovations, some areas still carry an “old” feel and could benefit from further improvements.

"Classy and Elegant"

This beautiful hotel, situated across from the Jardin des Tuileries, offers an unbeatable location just minutes from high-end shopping, the Louvre, and Place Vendôme. Housed in a historic building, it exudes traditional French charm. My room was spacious with ample closet space, and the bathroom featured double sinks, a shower, and a tub. A few minor drawbacks included limited outlets for charging electronics and a shortage of towels. The dining area was very romantic, and all pastries were crafted by Chef Cédric Grolet, with afternoon tea available without waiting in line. Breakfast, however, was expensive, and for those following a gluten-free diet, options were limited and of subpar quality compared to the hotel’s high standard. Despite these small issues, the service throughout the hotel was extraordinary, from check-in to check-out. The staff’s charm and professionalism, combined with the elegant atmosphere, make this hotel truly special. I wholeheartedly give it my GoldenAdvice seal of approval and will definitely return.

"A Timeless Icon of Paris"

A classic luxury hotel in the heart of Paris, facing the Tuileries. The rooms are sumptuous, the service flawless, and the Michelin-starred restaurant unforgettable. Breakfast is perfect, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel truly special.

"The most Luxurious experience you can ever think of."

I recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my birthday in July 2025, and the experience was amazing. A cake awaited me in my room, and a hat I had ordered was delivered as planned, even though I arrived two days earlier than expected. The check-in staff was very friendly, and my room was ready upon my 11 a.m. arrival. I dined at Restaurant Dali, where the food was sumptuous and the service outstanding. One staff member, who showed us around the penthouse, was especially welcoming—please extend my regards to him. I can’t wait to return to this incredible hotel. The ambience and service were truly top-notch, making it an unforgettable stay.

"Nice to look at but not always practical"

We stayed for one night during Paris Fashion Week, and the hotel was understandably busy. Checking in was a frustrating experience, with three unsuccessful attempts before finally returning at 6:30 pm after being told our room wasn’t ready despite a guaranteed 3 pm check-in. When we requested a late checkout the next morning, they only offered 30 minutes, showing that extensions seem one-sided—they will shorten your stay but not accommodate delays. The hotel’s main areas are grand, but the rooms felt more like imitation furniture and did not justify the steep price point. I would rather stay in a presidential suite at a four-star hotel for space and comfort than book a standard double here. The bathroom is marble with dual basins and some Sisley cosmetics, but it didn’t impress. The deep bathtub may be problematic for those with mobility issues, and the shower over the bath flooded the bathroom. There were also no sockets by the bedside tables. While turndown service and small gestures, like placing slippers and turning on lamps, were appreciated, the overall room comfort fell short. It was quiet at night, windows could be opened, and the air conditioning worked well. Lunch at the hotel was overpriced for the quality, and breakfast choices were limited and unremarkable. Overall, the lobby and restaurant areas are beautiful and full of character, but the actual experience—especially in rooms and dining—was average. The hotel should do more to justify its high prices.

"A dream of a hotel"

Situated in a prime location opposite the Jardin des Tuileries, this luxury hotel is an ideal starting point for exploring Paris. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and accommodating, promptly asking about our wishes and preferences. Our superior room was excellent, featuring a bright, immaculate marble bathroom and a quiet view of the green courtyard, with everything of the highest quality. The hotel’s spa, though modest with only a hammam and sauna, was more than sufficient and rarely busy. The bar is cozy and elegant, enhanced by live lounge jazz music. Breakfast, though expensive, offers the finest selection and is served at the table. While the breakfast service was slightly overwhelmed despite numerous staff, we preferred this sumptuous setting over the busier Dali restaurant. Overall, the hotel fully delivers on the expectations of absolute luxury, and we look forward to our next visit.

"VERY WELL LOCATED TO REST AFTER WORK"

The truth is that its location is sensational to rest after the work day. The hotel has a 2 Michelin star and a lobby with a fairly good kitchen service but at a very high price. €42 for a Caesar Salad. Quite small rooms. The one I had was quite good with its little balcony but the one belonging to my companions was very small. The Bar is beautiful but perhaps a little limited in space. They liven up the afternoon with a pretty good man piano. Perhaps Security would improve because many people enter the elevators who are not accommodated, taking advantage of the fact that a guest enters. Otherwise recommended.

"Pure Parisian Luxury"

Le Meurice is simply outstanding. The décor is elegant, the rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and the service is flawless—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Its location is perfect for exploring Paris, just steps from the Louvre and Place Vendôme. This is truly one of the finest hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

"Eye opening Parisian experience"

Let me start with the positives—Le Meurice is an absolutely beautiful hotel, located in a prime area near Angelina’s restaurant and other attractions. The temporary trash situation did not affect my overall impression of the property. However, I found the staff somewhat underwhelming. While attentive, they were stiff and lacked friendliness, with the exception of one waitress. I was repeatedly asked for my room number each time I entered a dining or bar area, which made me feel out of place—a level of formality I hadn’t experienced at similar hotels in the area, like Hotel Athénée. Despite this, if the formal demeanor doesn’t bother you, Le Meurice offers lovely rooms, elegant surroundings, and attentive service.

"Perfect"

It’s the attention to every little detail that makes this hotel exceptional. From start to finish, our stay was flawless—no shortcomings or disappointments. This was our first visit, and the team ensured that if we return to Paris, this hotel will be our only choice. Simple touches, like having our bags already packed and waiting in the transfer car, showed their intuitive service—no questions, no drama, just seamless care. Breakfast was superb, and every staff member we encountered was exceptional. The public rooms are stunning, allowing you to simply sit and admire the décor for hours. Absolute perfection in every way—a wonderful start to our Paris getaway.
