"Exceptional stay"
We had an amazing stay, starting with a complimentary upgrade at check-in to a spacious suite with a very comfortable bed and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome from the start. A special thank-you to Ms. Ameerah, who was incredibly helpful and informative throughout our stay.
"Excellent hotel but request a lower floor if you like to sleep early"
The hotel offers a very high standard of quality and service in an incredible location. The rooftop breakfast is excellent and absolutely worth paying for in advance, with a wonderful atmosphere to start the day. However, we were assigned a suite on the 5th floor directly below the rooftop bar, and the deep bass music was quite loud until around 11 pm. For light sleepers or those who prefer an early night, it’s best to request a lower floor. Overall, it’s still a fantastic place to stay.

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations—from the beautiful room to the incredible staff and the delicious breakfast served with a fantastic view. Every detail was perfect and made our experience truly special. ❤️❤️❤️
"Wouldn’t choose to stay here again"
We weren’t big fans of this hotel overall, but there’s no denying that the location is absolutely brilliant. We were only meant to stay for one night as a transit stop, so being within walking distance of everything was our main priority—and on that front, the hotel delivered perfectly. However, the service left a lot to be desired. We checked in as a group of five in the morning and there was only one staff member on duty, who struggled to multitask, making the check-in process painfully slow. The rooms also varied greatly; while I personally liked mine despite the unusual layout, not everyone in our group felt the same. The breakfast area downstairs was very small and overcrowded during our visit. Due to an emergency, part of our group had to extend their stay, and while the location remained a huge plus, it wouldn’t have been our first choice for a longer visit.

What a fantastic hotel in an absolutely perfect location—everything was within walking distance: Trevi Fountain (10–15 min), Spanish Steps (15 min), Pantheon (20 min), Vatican (40 min), Trastevere (30 min), Fori Imperiali right at the doorstep, and the Colosseum just 10–15 minutes away. We walked everywhere and couldn’t believe how close all the major sights were. We even attended a general audience with Pope Leo—just email his office for a Wednesday invitation or attend Sunday Mass at St. Peter’s. The rooftop bar overlooking Fori Imperiali and the Vittoriano was simply splendid, and we used it every day. The staff were outstanding, especially Francesca and Alexandra, who went above and beyond—even storing our unfinished bottle for the next day. Our Amex Platinum upgrade, early check-in, and late check-out all worked seamlessly thanks to availability. There is truly nothing to fault—especially with the lobby currently being redesigned to match the elegance of the rooms and rooftop. A word of advice: avoid MP Tours and book directly at the nearby tourist station if needed—Francesca helped us and made everything smooth, even if it cost a bit more. "Super central location, sensational view from the roof terrace"
A very well-maintained and spotlessly clean boutique hotel with truly super friendly service. Our suite was lovely and comfortable, but the bathroom felt too small for the price, especially with only one sink. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent hospitality, just slightly let down by the bathroom size.

The à la carte breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices, and the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming—especially Michelle. The hotel is perfectly located near major historical monuments, and the rooftop is truly breathtaking, offering spectacular views along with delicious cocktails and tapas.
"Weekend in Rome"
Great location, close to several major monuments and with others within a comfortable 20-minute walk. We received a very warm welcome from a competent, kind, and attentive staff who were always available and thoughtful in every detail. Our room was spacious, well maintained, and very pleasant, with a courtesy tray replenished daily and truly worthy of this type of hotel. A truly very, very good stay overall.

The breakfast was very complete and clearly prepared by a talented chef, and the staff throughout our stay were exceptionally nice and helpful. The rooftop is a real highlight—beautifully set up and well heated, making it enjoyable even in cooler weather. On the downside, the dinner menu was quite limited, and both the bedroom and bathroom lacked sufficient storage space.
