"Four nights in Rome"
This hotel was booked through an agency and stands out for being very new and innovative, especially for coworking and remote work. There are many shared workstations, private rooms, and office spaces, along with a wide range of activities aimed at younger guests. The room was spacious, with an industrial-style design that personally wasn’t my favorite. Breakfast was varied and overall good. However, there were some notable downsides: there is no dedicated parking for guests (even though street parking outside was usually available), and the rooftop pool was neither heated nor accessible, which was a real disappointment—especially as a hot tub would have been expected in a property like this.
"A beautiful place… but with so much potential yet to be expressed"
I wanted to leave the most honest review possible. The place is incredible: very spacious, with a beautiful and original design that you don’t often find in Rome. Every corner has its own personality, and the large, well-thought-out spaces are perfect for relaxing at different times of the day. That said, there’s a small “but.” While it’s clearly designed primarily as a hotel, its central location means it could easily become a real meeting point for students and locals as well. At the moment, it feels a bit underused. With such an environment, there’s huge potential for hosting interesting events, evening gatherings, and after-dinner activities. I was hoping for a livelier atmosphere and truly hope this is something they plan to develop in the future—because Rome really needs places like this: beautiful, dynamic, and full of life. That said, the pizzeria is always busy, which says a lot—the quality clearly stands out.
"Nice hotel in a good location"
The hotel is in a good location. In front of the door is the tram, which is currently out of service. Metro about 10 min. Walkway. Breakfast (without rolls) is good except for the bread. Cleaning the room could be better. Otherwise chic hotel.
"Not bad. Beautiful outdoor space, recommended in spring summer"
Overall, it’s a nice hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff, attracting a mostly young clientele. The room was comfortable, though the bathroom sink was quite small and not very practical. One downside is that the hotel does not offer a taxi hailing service, which would have been convenient. Despite these minor issues, it was an enjoyable stay.
"recommended with my a/m comment"
The primary purpose of my trip was to accompany my daughter during her long-term student stay at your hotel and ensure she was accommodated under suitable conditions. While the room and hotel facilities were adequate for our short stay as parents, I must raise several concerns specifically related to student accommodation. Most notably, the rooms lack sufficient storage space and closets, which makes it difficult to accommodate both summer and winter clothing as well as other necessities required for a long-term stay. In addition, I would have expected student rooms to be located on a more isolated floor, separate from other hotel guests, to better suit their needs. Considering the service fee, more frequent room cleaning for student accommodations would also be appropriate. The mini-fridge, while functional, could have been larger to better support long-term use. I hope these points are taken into consideration and that short-term improvements can be made to enhance the experience for students staying for extended periods. I look forward to your response.
"Looks good on paper, disappointing in reality"
Our stay was disappointing, with several issues that significantly affected the experience. Upon arrival, the room key did not work, requiring multiple trips back and forth before we could finally access the room, only to discover that the fridge had not been emptied and was still in the condition left by previous guests. There was also a persistent unpleasant odor coming from both the shower and the sink, which gave a sense of poor hygiene, and the shower water never became properly hot, remaining only lukewarm. A maintenance worker came to address a bathroom issue, but unfortunately left the area in very poor condition afterward. Although the accommodation is advertised as an apartment within a hotel, it was not equipped accordingly, with no basic items such as a sponge, cleaning products, or even a broom or vacuum to keep the space tidy during the stay. The attitude of some staff members at reception and in the restaurant further added to the disappointment, as a few were unfriendly, interrupted conversations without apologizing, and the manager present at check-out did not even acknowledge us when we left the counter. The only positive note goes to the housekeeping staff, who clearly tried their best despite the circumstances. Overall, the experience fell far below the expected standards for this type of establishment, and I would not recommend this hotel.
"Nice hotel, great breakfast"
Very eco friendly hotel with nice staff. Rooms are a little on the small side and it’s a good 50 minute walk to the main attractions. Nearby is a little run down but you get that in most cities. Rooftop bar is expensive and small but a nice option.
"Excellent"
A very welcoming hotel with exceptionally helpful staff who truly make you feel at home. Cleanliness is excellent throughout the property, with a clear focus on sustainability and attention to detail. The food is high quality and well prepared, adding even more value to the overall experience. An excellent stay in every aspect.
"Between laniente and city-stay"
A modern and stylish hotel, ideal for travelers who appreciate contemporary design and a co-working–friendly atmosphere. It’s a bit far from the city center, but still relatively easy to reach by tram or scooter, and its proximity to the train station is very convenient. The welcome is pleasant, and both the common areas and rooms feel modern—perhaps slightly “cold” in style—but they are very clean, well maintained, and offer plenty of activities. The rooftop is particularly enjoyable: while there’s no standout view, it provides several nice spaces to relax, especially around the pool. Overall, it’s a great option for a short stay, combining relaxation with the chance to explore Rome.
"I will definitely return"
The property is beautiful both inside and out. The apartment was fantastic—spotless, well equipped, and offering excellent services. Everything was truly perfect, and the view was so breathtaking it completely captivated me.
