"Enough."
The therapy was very enjoyable, and the service was good. I experienced a Pachamama bath and a Mexican massage. Ideally, I would have loved to have both services as Pachamama baths, but I was informed it wasn’t possible since there wasn’t a cabin available to offer both services together. On the other hand, I felt that the previous service in the wet areas could have been better, as the information provided wasn’t entirely clear. Additionally, the sauna experience felt like it lacked the intended essence. Overall, a relaxing experience, though with some areas that could be improved.

We had a wonderful experience, thanks especially to Joaquin Sanchez, whose service was exceptional. The food was delicious, and our attendant was very attentive throughout the meal. I ordered the Seafood Volcan special and truly enjoyed every bite.

We visited to celebrate a birthday and truly enjoyed our time at the restaurant. The atmosphere was lovely, and we had a wonderful experience overall. The only minor issue was that the food took a bit of time to arrive, but it didn’t diminish our enjoyment.

When my mother’s husband unexpectedly passed away during their holiday in Mexico City, Monica went above and beyond to assist her. She guided my mother through all the necessary official steps and continued to offer support long after she returned to the U.S. We are deeply grateful to Monica and the entire hotel staff for their compassion and aid during such a difficult time. A 5-star review hardly does this hotel justice, but it is a testament to how the elegance and beauty of the property is matched by the exceptional care of its staff. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
"Experience restaurant heritage"
At Restaurant Heritage, Alexander and Alma provided very attentive service throughout our visit. The food was excellent, well-seasoned, and flavorful. The restaurant also offers a daily breakfast buffet, adding to the variety and convenience of the dining experience.

We had a very good experience at the restaurant. Donovan and Jorge provided excellent service, making us feel well taken care of. The bread and coffee were delicious, and the decor and overall setting were very pleasant, adding to an enjoyable visit.

We visited the restaurant Los Canarios and were impressed by the very friendly and welcoming staff. Donovan and Victor were especially attentive, responding promptly and efficiently to our requests. The paella, featured on Sundays, is a must-try, and the seasonal chiles en nogada were absolutely delicious.

Victor and Leon were very friendly and attentive during our visit to the restaurant. Leon provided helpful guidance, while Victor was super efficient and ensured excellent service. The hotel itself is clean, very comfortable, and located in a highly accessible area. We highly recommend staying here for the combination of great service, welcoming staff, and convenient location.
