"5 star service, 2 star hotel (maybe motel?)"
While the staff at the Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City were exceptionally pleasant and attentive, the hotel itself left much to be desired. The lobby is beautiful, and most team members were proactive and kind, though the reception staff came across as relatively rude. Unfortunately, the rooms are outdated and uncomfortable. My bathroom emitted a sewage odor even after maintenance attempted to fix it, and the views faced the backs of neighboring buildings. The property overall feels past its prime and does not reflect a true 5-star experience. Other disappointments include barebones amenities: dirty plastic garbage bins, only a single towel provided per guest, and charges for Nespresso pods. The hotel may have excellent staff, but the facilities and services fall well below expectations for its rating.
"Experience restaurant heritage"
At the Heritage Restaurant in the Brick Hotel, Alexander and Alma provided very attentive and friendly service throughout our visit. The food was excellent, well-prepared, and perfectly seasoned. Breakfast is offered as a daily buffet, giving a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, a very satisfying dining experience.
"Wonderful property! Truly amazing!"
Our stay at the Marquis Reforma Hotel was fantastic, and dinner at the on-site restaurant, Heritage Bistro Bar, was a true highlight. The food was superb, and the service from Gustavo, Joaquin, and Elias was exceptional — attentive, professional, and very welcoming. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience that added greatly to our stay. Bravo to the team for making it so memorable!
"We liked the Service and treatment, only it took the moments to arrive"
We visited the Brick Hotel to celebrate a birthday and had a truly wonderful time. The atmosphere and setting were lovely, making it a special occasion to remember. The only minor issue was that the food took a bit of time to arrive, but overall, it was an enjoyable experience and a great place to celebrate.
"Great experience, large and clean rooms, excellent food and service"
I had the pleasure of staying at the Marquis Reforma Hotel from January 26 to 31, 2026, for a business trip, and I can only highly recommend it. The rooms are large, very clean, and comfortable, offering a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet and on-site restaurant were excellent, and the service throughout the hotel was outstanding — including the convenient airport pick-up and drop-off service. The staff were consistently helpful, supportive, and friendly. A special thank you to Gregorio and his team in the restaurant for their exceptional service. I look forward to returning to Mexico in two years and staying at the Marquis Reforma Hotel again.
"Good service."
We had a wonderful experience at the Brick Hotel restaurant, thanks especially to Joaquin Sanchez, whose service was attentive and professional. The food was delicious — I ordered the Seafood Volcán special and truly enjoyed it. Overall, the combination of tasty dishes and excellent service made for a very enjoyable dining experience.
"This is The Place to Stay in Mexico 🇲🇽 City 🌆"
This Brick Hotel is truly one of the best places to stay in Mexico City. The lobby is impressive and welcoming, the rooms are lovely and comfortable, and the swimming pool is attractive and inviting. The concierge team stands out as the best in the city, providing exceptional assistance and recommendations. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the area, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent service and amenities.
"Enough."
The spa experience at the Brick Hotel was enjoyable overall. The Pachamama bath and Mexican massage were both very well executed, with attentive service that made the treatments relaxing and pleasant. However, I was disappointed that it wasn’t possible to have two Pachamama baths at the same time, as the hotel didn’t have a cabin equipped for both services simultaneously. Additionally, the information about the wet areas was unclear, and I felt the sauna experience lacked the proper essence or ambiance to be fully satisfying. Overall, a good spa visit, but with room for improvement in clarity and facility setup.
