"Good experience"
The waiters consistently provided excellent service with a friendly and attentive attitude. The buffet was impeccable, and the drinks were expertly prepared. Special shout-out to Arturo, Gisela, and Carlos—10 out of 10 for their outstanding service! One area for improvement would be offering more availability for booking the specialty restaurants.

Everything about our stay was very good, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. The only downside was the reception team, who were not always able to provide accurate information when asked.

My BFF and I took a last-minute trip to Mexico and really enjoyed this hotel, especially since we prefer smaller, hacienda-style resorts. We truly appreciated the attentive service from Alexander at the pool bar, as well as Martin, Daniel, and David at the Italian restaurant. The appetizers and salads at the Italian restaurant were particularly enjoyable, adding to an overall lovely stay.

We had a wonderful dining experience! The zucchini soup was delicious, and the beef filet was tender and full of flavor. Both the chefs and the staff provided excellent service, making the meal truly enjoyable.

The resort is stunning, and the people are incredibly friendly, making our stay very enjoyable. The food was fabulous, and Alicia deserves a special mention. One of the hosts leads daily water aerobics, which was a great activity for everyone. Evening shows were excellent, providing fun and entertainment for all. Overall, this was an extremely positive experience from start to finish.
"Nice resort, good people"
The hotel offered good food and excellent entertainment, with a special mention to Alicia and Alvaro for making the shows enjoyable. The pool was clean, and our room was well-maintained. However, the room was noisy, and the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, which was a drawback during our stay.
