"Holidays in high season"
Everything at the hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. One recommendation would be to provide more space in the restaurant, as on two occasions we had to wait around half an hour for a table. Overall, a pleasant and well-maintained stay.

The hotel shines with wonderful staff and amazing food, making the stay enjoyable. However, the property needs some maintenance, and the sound system should be turned down for comfort. Additionally, the Mistress of Ceremonies could use a change, as her presence was more distracting than enjoyable.

This resort is stunning, earning a 9/10 for its overall beauty—from the impressive pillars at the entrance to the grass-hut dining areas overlooking the sea, the two pools (one adult-only, one for all guests), and the lovely balconies. The location is ideal for walking around or taking a cab to the Marina or Malecon. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, with some real standouts: Martin at the front desk (so helpful!), Saul for fun beach activities, Javier, the friendliest and happiest bartender by the beach, and young Daniel, who was always two steps ahead in anticipating our needs. A great touch was allowing us to stay at the resort on checkout day with our bracelets and providing a secure luggage storage area. A couple of small areas for improvement: the smoking section on the street is uncomfortable, situated on a cement wall with ants near a garbage area, and beach drink service was intermittent. For older guests, having some upright white chairs on the beach would be helpful, as one in our group struggled with the lounge chairs. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this resort!
"Second honeymoon."
The hotel provides excellent service across all areas. One personal highlight was playing blackjack with Karla—my partner and I even won and received a bottle of tequila! It was a fun and memorable experience, and I’m already planning to return soon.

Our arrival was chaotic—an incorrect room, no fridge, confusing safe operation, and the need for a card to operate the lights. It took two days to correct their initial mistakes, making the start of our stay very frustrating. Then we met Hugo, the poolside bartender, who completely transformed our experience from disappointing to fantastic. His professionalism, skill, and positive attitude were outstanding, and he is the main reason we’d return. Thomas also deserves recognition—he is well-spoken, eager to help, and made our stay even better.

This hotel offers excellent value and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though the food quality could be improved. A special mention to Karla, Guillermo, and Felipe for their outstanding service—they truly enhanced our stay.
