"It seems that the most important thing is to create experiences but…"

I visited for the first time on Domingo Santo with friends, drawn by a boleros event at the restaurant. Reaching out via Instagram, we received an immediate and attentive response, which was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly—at the hotel entrance, in the elevator, and upon entering the restaurant. The terrace offers a spectacular view, and the ambiance is charming. Our waiter, Salvador, provided impeccable service. I tried the chile en nogada, which had won second place in a downtown restaurant contest, but it did not meet my expectations. Other dishes from my friends were fine but not particularly remarkable. However, the restaurant clearly focuses on creating unique experiences—from the terrace view to the live music and flamenco performances, paired with excellent service, all of which I would rate a 10. The live show by the singer and musicians was truly exceptional and elevated the night. Unfortunately, the large number of tables and diners crowded the space. The round tables were placed so closely that movement was very limited, and at times, diners were back-to-back, which reduced comfort significantly. In my case, I had to repeatedly stand up whenever the table behind me requested a flaming dish, creating a safety concern. While the restaurant excels in atmosphere and service, the tight seating makes it less comfortable. If you are willing to compromise on personal space, it is still a worthwhile experience.

"Good but for the costs, it could be improved"

The service was a bit slow during our visit. We only ordered a couple of beers with a jar to start, but it took about 15 minutes for them to be delivered. Additionally, the jar was not properly cleaned and still had some frosting residue from the previous use. While the atmosphere was pleasant, attention to detail and service speed could be improved.

"Consider….menu options"

The food was good, but the menu could benefit from more diversity. Including dishes like red mole, enchiladas, or ciabattas—more familiar and classic options—would complement the current offerings, which sometimes feel unusual or disconnected. A few more traditional choices would make the dining experience even better.

"Excellent. Congratulations to James"

We had an excellent experience, especially thanks to Jacobo and his team. Our group of 13 visited on Saturday night, the 22nd, and we were very well attended to at all times, even with special requests such as split accounts. The food was very good, and the atmosphere of the place was welcoming and enjoyable. A fantastic dining experience overall.

"Nice place and good experience"

Good food and show but very slow service for the cost and time you have to eat and the time between coffee and food

"Good brunch"

The restaurant has a nice terrace, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The menu features Mexican dishes with a slightly pretentious twist, offering unique flavors. However, the music was very loud, which made conversation difficult at times.

"Nice experience and good food"

The restaurant on the upper terrace is a wonderful spot to end a visit to the Zócalo. The service is excellent, and the food is very tasty. On Sundays, they offer live music, which adds a very pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere to the dining experience.

"Good but not excellent"

The dining experience was good but not excellent. The Chicharrón de Cachete, which is pork belly, was enjoyable, and the martini was served in a cocktail glass. The waiter service was excellent and very attentive. I will definitely be back, though some improvements could make the experience even better.
