"Chic and perfectly located"
We stayed four days at the Brick Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our time in the vibrant Roma neighborhood, surrounded by excellent restaurants. A major highlight was the concierge, Miguel, who organized all our dinners, provided invaluable tips, and even secured tickets for the Frida Kahlo Museum—truly extraordinary service. On the downside, even the Deluxe room felt somewhat small, so it’s definitely worth booking a Deluxe if you want a bit more space, as the other room options are very compact.
"Great Location, Lovely Hotel"
A beautiful, contemporary hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are compact but well-designed and functional. Service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. We experienced a minor service glitch regarding the dates of an excursion, but the concierge resolved it immediately, leaving no room for complaint. Overall, a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again.
"Fab Location – great breakfast!"
This hotel has a fantastic location and the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The rooms are cozy yet comfortable. We stayed in a standard room for just one night, but it only had a window into the corridor rather than outside, which was a bit impractical. Despite this, I would stay here again because of the excellent location, lovely staff, and appealing décor—but next time, I would make sure to book a room with an external window.
"The Brick rocks!"
We were so happy with our stay at the Brick Hotel! We stayed in the rooftop suite, which was beautifully designed with a deck, a penthouse featuring a clawfoot tub, and a comfortable daybed. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the best neighborhood with fantastic restaurants, bars, and shops. Breakfast was included and truly outstanding, and the service was friendly and attentive. This hotel is an excellent home base for exploring all that Mexico City has to offer.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Brick Hotel. The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable, with very friendly and helpful staff. Its location is ideal for exploring the vibrant Roma Norte neighborhood, and breakfast in the morning was excellent. The only downside is the lack of a pool and exercise facilities, but overall it was a very pleasant stay.
"Perfect boutique hotel in Mexico City"
What a perfect place to stay in Mexico City’s Roma neighborhood! Everything exceeded expectations—the room was comfortable and well-appointed, the food was excellent, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. On top of that, the hotel has a spa, adding an extra touch of relaxation to an already fantastic stay.
"Nice hotel, but skip the excursions"
This hotel is good, though not great. It is well situated, within walking distance of many restaurants and cafés, and our room was spacious and comfortable during our four-night stay. However, there were some issues. The lighting throughout the hotel is quite dark, and several narrow staircases lacked railings, which felt unsafe. We were also surprised to be charged for bottled water from the minibar when similar bottles were freely available elsewhere. The excursions booked through the hotel were inconsistent, so I would recommend using alternative vendors for tours. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel is very charming, relaxing, and overall a pleasant place to stay.

We absolutely loved our experience at the Brick Hotel. From the warm and welcoming staff to the edgy artwork and stylish vibe, everything made our stay memorable. The food and service were exceptional, and the location in Roma Norte is unbeatable. We found ourselves exploring the neighborhood’s galleries, shops, taco joints, bars, and restaurants so much that we often adjusted our itinerary just to enjoy the area. Special thanks to our wonderful concierge, Mariela, whose guidance and recommendations were spot-on. We will definitely return soon. P.S. Bring your walking shoes!
