"Rude staff"
The service at this establishment falls short of the expectations for a 5-star hotel, primarily due to the demeanor of the staff. It appears that the staff prioritizes projecting an aura of self-importance over ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This attitude detracts significantly from the overall quality of service, making it difficult to recommend this hotel for those seeking the level of hospitality and attentiveness typically associated with its purported rating.
"Terrible service"
We visited the cafe of this "4" stars hotel. The staff was impolite, rude and unprofessional. We felt unwelcome and the staff (specially a lady) seems to be more focus in trying to show they are "important" because they work in a "4" stars hotel than in serving their customer and be friendly. We also saw they were rude with a family with their baby in arms. Avoid!
Hotel B
Hotel located in the heart of Barranco in a renovated old mansion. The hotel claimed to de a 4 stars hotel. Built in the Belle Époque style, the historic mansion was built as a seaside retreat for the Garcia Bedoya family during the presidency of Augusto Leguia in the 1920s.
