"Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Reservation Experience"
I had reserved a table for 8:00 PM and provided my phone number, as requested, in case of any issues. I arrived at 8:12 PM (after standing at the door for a couple of minutes due to difficulty opening it) only to be told my table had been given away because I was "late" and they enforce a 10-minute grace period. No one attempted to call me, and I saw no other guests enter before me—so the explanation I received was clearly untrue. This was not only unprofessional but also dishonest. A deeply frustrating and unacceptable experience.
"Overpriced and Flavorless – A Disappointing Experience"
This place felt more like an overpriced cafeteria than a proper restaurant. The food lacked flavor and creativity — resembling a fusion of hospital meals and a diabetic diet. The pisco sour was poorly made and far from the standard you'd expect in Peru. Overall, a forgettable and disappointing experience.

I tried the cuy chactado, and while it was just okay—albeit a bit bland—the experience quickly turned sour. Later that night, I became very ill, needing to run to the bathroom every couple of hours through the night and into the next morning. Even two days later, I was still dealing with stomach cramps. A very unpleasant experience overall.

I ordered the grilled trout with a green salad, and both were absolutely perfect — fresh and well-prepared. However, my friend’s dish was overly salted, which took away from the overall experience. Despite that, the place is generally good and worth checking out.

We were thoroughly impressed by the delicious Peruvian cuisine, beautifully presented dishes, and top-notch service. Our server, Yuri, was incredibly kind and spoke excellent English, which made the experience even smoother. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the Peruvian red wine was a delightful surprise. A fantastic experience all around!

We tried three different dishes and loved every one of them. The standout was the pork braised in Cusqueña beer for over eight hours — rich, tender, and full of flavor. It was easily my favorite. Our server was also warm, friendly, and attentive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Be sure to make a reservation, as the place can get busy!
"Disappointing Pasta and Slow Communication"
We ordered pasta here, and unfortunately, both dishes fell short — one was very ordinary, and the other oddly sweet and unappealing. It seems pasta may not be their specialty and might be better off removed from the menu. To make matters worse, we ordered a starter and only found out 20 minutes later that they were missing the main ingredient. Overall, a disappointing dining experience.

We tried six different dishes, and each one was absolutely delicious. The quality and creativity were top-notch — if this restaurant were in the U.S., you'd likely be waiting weeks for a reservation. A truly impressive culinary experience!

The service was excellent and made the experience enjoyable. I ordered the lomo saltado, which, along with the dessert, earned a solid 4 stars. Overall, a good spot with reliable food and attentive staff.
