"Disappointing Tour Experience with Poor Time Management and Unplanned Stops"
The trip started off well, especially during the first two days when everything felt great. However, things quickly deteriorated after that. The team made us rush constantly, yet ironically ended up being late for almost every event and destination. During my recent trip to Thailand with this agency, I was very disappointed by their management. Instead of visiting the famous Sleeping Buddha Temple in Bangkok as planned, they took us to a lesser-known, seemingly fake temple. We were forced to check out of the hotel early and then spent an unproductive six hours (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.) wandering around Pattaya City, which wasn’t even on the itinerary. Additionally, they took us to a gem shop that wasn’t part of the plan, and charged 56,000 (currency unspecified) plus an extra 5,000 for a cruise dinner, which felt unnecessary. If you want to avoid wasting your time and money, I would strongly advise against choosing this agency. The poor scheduling and unexpected detours ruined the chance to explore nearby places properly. As for food, it was only good during the first two days, after which quality declined. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

This was by far the worst travel company I’ve ever dealt with. Our trip to Thailand was ruined by their unprofessionalism and poor management. We went on vacation to enjoy and relax, but A-One Holiday made every single day stressful and disappointing. They showed no consideration for families or small children. The guides were unprofessional, and the entire trip lacked proper planning and time management. It felt like a complete waste of money. Honestly, anyone could have planned a better trip on their own than this holiday management team did. "Poor Service and Lack of Attention to Detail"
Their service was very disappointing. They failed to properly understand and handle important customer details related to visas and tickets, which caused serious problems for my trip. Afterwards, their response was just a brief apology, with no real effort to make things right—even though the mistake ruined the entire trip. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would have. This company is very unreliable, and their employees were unprofessional. I strongly advise against using their services.

The A-One Holiday agent showed poor communication with the hotel, which caused problems. Many team members had to pay unacceptable extra charges to the hotel because of the agent’s mistakes. Buses were often late, leading to long waits. The food quality was very bad, and when the group visited Aavas, the food portions were insufficient. Additionally, the pool was too small for the number of guests. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to these issues.
