"Tour"

This is a very large and well-organized hotel located just outside Rome, near Villa Pamphili. It served as an excellent base for exploring the city and discovering fascinating places around Rome while traveling by car. The rooms are elegant, and the buffet offered great food with a wide selection. It can get a bit crowded at times, but the price is fair considering the quality and convenience.

"Acceptable"

I stayed for 2 nights and found the room comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good, and the hotel has a very nice garden and terraces. The outdoor pool was enjoyable, though the indoor pool is part of a spa circuit with an additional high cost, which wasn’t clearly explained. The hotel is a little away from the main attractions, but the surrounding area is pleasant. Overall, a nice and relaxing stay.

"A nice hotel that would be better an “Adults only” hotel."

In my opinion, this hotel would be better suited as an "adults-only" property, as it has all the assets to offer a very restful holiday just outside the bustling city. The pool area can get busy—if you don’t reserve your sunbed early at 9 AM, your only option is the grassy slope next to the pool. The quiet pool bar is a highlight, with excellent music, nice lunch options, and evening Gin Tonics on the beautiful terrace. Breakfast is very rich and varied. A couple of minor annoyances: wasps and pigeons can be a nuisance, especially at outdoor breakfast, so watch your plate! The shuttle service to the city center is a convenient plus.

"Pleasant surprise"

I loved this hotel — it’s elegant yet has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are comfortable and well soundproofed. Breakfast is superb (perhaps a little too much!). The convention center is conveniently located opposite the hotel. The hotel is a bit far from the city center — about 40 minutes from Termini and around a €30 taxi ride. The bar is beautiful, reasonably priced, and staffed with highly professional personnel. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

"Great family choice for Rome trip"

Lovely hotel located about 4 km outside the center of Rome. With a hire car, the hotel was very helpful in suggesting free parking options to access the main attractions. The facilities are excellent, featuring a lovely pool (no ball games), an impressive spa, and a couple of good restaurants. The rooms are modern, quiet at night, and include a free mini-fridge. A thoughtful touch is the €15 credit offered if you opt out of room cleaning. Breakfast was good each morning, with a large variety to choose from, and the buffet restaurant offered a wide selection of international cuisine in the evening. While the food was good, it wasn’t exceptional, but the options were plentiful. The hotel attracts both couples on spa breaks and families, making it a convenient base for exploring Rome while staying away from the busy city center. We also enjoyed nearby dining at the local Italian restaurant, da Cesare, and an amazing evening in Trastevere with its wide selection of restaurants just a short drive away. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this hotel for a family trip to Rome.

"Excellent hotel!!!!"

This hotel is excellent! Breakfast is very complete, offering both savory and sweet options. While it’s not close to the city center, the hotel provides transfers to two different points for a very reasonable price (around €5 per leg), and you can also use the collective transport with a contactless card. A great sustainability perk: for each day you opt not to have your room cleaned, you receive a €15 voucher usable for the spa, transfers, or hotel restaurant. I personally used mine for transfers and spa purchases. On arrival, guests receive a bottle to refill water at stations on each floor as often as needed — a real money saver! The mini fridge in the room is stocked daily with free snacks and drinks, which is another thoughtful touch. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Facilities are spectacular, from the pool to the fully equipped gym. If I return to Rome, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

"Great visit , spoiled on last day"

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for four nights and were mostly impressed by the superb staff. The hotel offers a very convenient butler service via WhatsApp, which was extremely handy for booking the shuttle and answering any questions. Our room was lovely, the breakfast had a great selection, and the outdoor pool and spa facilities were excellent. Unfortunately, our last day was disappointing. We had an hour to wait for the airport shuttle and were told we had to pay €25 to use the pool and spa. The butler didn’t respond when we raised the issue, which was a sad end to an otherwise excellent stay. Public transport into Rome is convenient and inexpensive (€1.50 per trip with card tap), and the nearby bars and restaurants are easily accessible and top-notch. Overall, a great hotel with a minor letdown at the end.

"Exceptional Stay"

There are truly no words to describe how perfect this hotel is — they have literally thought of everything. The staff, including Omar and Jayson, were beyond exceptional, helping with questions, booking tickets, and arranging transport, including the hotel shuttle. The shuttle is a great option to reach the Colosseum or the Vatican, costing only around $7 per person. The hotel’s restaurant offers incredible dinners with international buffets, while the included breakfast is outstanding — featuring delicious cappuccinos, pastries, eggs, cheese, and everything you could imagine. It’s the perfect way to start a long, busy day. The rooms are gorgeous, with comfy beds, spotless cleanliness, and all the amenities you could want, including complimentary snacks and water, plus water bottle refilling stations on each floor. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with lovely gardens to stroll through and stunning art pieces throughout. One unique touch we loved was the famous quotes adorning the hallways. In short, this hotel is perfect in every way. We will return every year when visiting Rome!

"Great hotel"

A lovely hotel located on the outskirts of Rome. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped with a fridge, safe, and a grand bathroom including all toiletries. Breakfast was enjoyable, although the second day felt quite chaotic. Since the hotel is a bit far from the city center, a taxi or the hotel shuttle is necessary to explore the beauty of Rome. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent room facilities, best suited for those with transport arrangements into the city.

"Really lovely hotel"

This modern, clean, and comfortable hotel is quietly situated on the edge of a charming village with a few bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Our room was lovely — spacious with a very comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities, and a fridge fully stocked with water, soft drinks, snacks, crisps, and biscuits, all at no extra charge. The bathroom was well equipped with toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers. Breakfast was pleasant, offering a good variety of hot and cold options, fresh fruit, yogurt, and excellent coffee. The bar and terrace area are delightful, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. After our journey, it was wonderful to enjoy the beautiful pool, sun loungers, and towels for free. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus service into central Rome, though it’s advisable to book in advance as it fills up quickly. Overall, this hotel offered a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely return.
