Despite the challenges of my case—which I was told was one of the most difficult in the clinic’s history—everything was handled with the utmost professionalism, precision, and care. The operation was executed flawlessly, thanks to the exceptional team and their seamless coordination. It was quick, surprisingly comfortable, and free of unnecessary stress. I must give special thanks to Hayat, the translator and patient coordinator, who was by my side through every step. Her professionalism extended beyond translation—she supported me with even the smallest details, including booking a hairdresser appointment. Her attentiveness, empathy, and calm demeanor gave me complete peace of mind before the surgery. Honestly, I wouldn’t have had the courage to go through with the operation without her support. Dr. Abdul deserves special recognition. He is far more than just a doctor—he is a true master of his craft. His compassionate nature and passion for dentistry shine through in everything he does. It’s hard to find words that truly express my gratitude for his extraordinary skill and care. He operates on the highest level of expertise. "A Deeply Disappointing and Painful Experience at Abay Dental Clinic"

Our experience with Abay Dental Clinic, which we visited based on a relative's recommendation, has been nothing short of disappointing. A surgical procedure was performed, during which severe burns occurred in the mouth, on the lips, and on the gums—caused by the overheating of the metal part of a dental aspirator. Shockingly, the doctor responsible for the procedure was an external practitioner, who admitted that the aspirator was outdated and likely the reason for the burn injuries. Despite this, the clinic refused to accept responsibility. They dismissed the incident as something “normal,” claiming such burns happen frequently and would heal within a week. Unfortunately, it's now been 24 days and the burns are still very painful. The pain from the burns has overshadowed any discomfort that might have come from the actual surgery itself. Even after this incident, we tried to give them another chance and continue with our treatments. But the problems only grew. Communication is chaotic—the receptionist is unclear and difficult to understand over the phone, and there appears to be no proper patient information system. Scheduling is inconsistent, with the doctor often unavailable without prior notice. We feel completely let down and misled. Not only will we be discontinuing treatment for both myself and my wife, but we also cannot in good conscience recommend this clinic to anyone. I strongly advise others to do their research and choose a more reliable and professional dental clinic. Trust me—looking elsewhere would be a far better and safer choice.
