At 4 in the morning I already realized that I couldn’t stand it, I didn’t have the strength to take care of the child, and my friend took me to the nearest hospital. because I didn’t have the strength to go to Mersin. I heard that it was bad hospital, but I thought that the doctors could just put an IV in anywhere? It’s easy . I was wrong . I have never seen such a boorish attitude anywhere. I paid almost 5000 liras for an IV with a doctor, I didn’t come to ask for help for free. I told the doctor that the child cannot be given antibiotics, I refuse, and then I found the antibiotic in her IV. and when I called the doctor she started shouting at me in Turkish. Not a single doctor there speaks English, instead of apologizing for the fact that they mixed up and gave the child something that was not allowed. The doctor yelled at me for the first time in my life. The IV was replaced without an apology. Then I had to ask to change the linen on the couch, ask the doctors to put on gloves to insert the catheter, wipe the injection site, there is no water in the clinic!!! the child asked to drink, she was dehydrated, they gave her water about 40 minutes later in a small glass for pills. I've never seen anything like this in my life. And the cherry on the cake, they inserted a catheter past my vein, it was very painful and now I have a hematoma. You can forgive everything, even not knowing English for a doctor in a hospital. After all, you can calmly take the phone and translate it using a translator, and not yell at me that she doesn’t know Russian. I didn’t even speak Russian to her, by the way. This is a terrible place, even such a simple thing as an IV cannot be done there. no injection, nothing. Yea , I’m foreigner , but I paid money and came to the hospital for assistance because I got sick. And no one doctor has the right to behave like this .
