"Unsafe Driving Behavior"
On April 18, 2025, at 11:33 a.m., one of the company’s drivers changed lanes abruptly from right to left, turning on the signal only as they cut directly in front of my car. This kind of reckless driving is dangerous and unacceptable. Please provide proper training for your employees to ensure the safety of all road users.
"Comfortable Ride but Poor Service Experience"
While the car itself was comfortable, the service left much to be desired. The receptionist did not communicate well, and providing water and snacks felt more like a burden than part of the service we had paid for. Throughout the journey, I barely saw any staff assisting passengers. Employees should be properly trained to deliver better customer service, as working in this field requires professionalism and care. This happened on the bus around 12:00 p.m. on 18/11/67—please ensure this employee receives the necessary attention and training.

I’m quite certain there was no toilet on the bus, and no food or water was provided during the trip. The details of the service were unclear, which made the overall experience disappointing.
