"Great Stay at Anantara"

We had a great stay at Anantara with my parents and 11-year-old daughter. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our time there was perfect — always friendly, attentive, and eager to help. A truly memorable and enjoyable family experience — thank you, Anantara, for making our stay so special!

"Luxurious & relaxing stay in Siem Reap"

We truly enjoyed our stay at Anantara Angkor. The à la carte breakfast was delicious—especially the bruschetta and fresh mango each morning. The pool area was stunning and never crowded, making it perfect for relaxation. We also indulged in the spa, enjoying a soothing massage and the private steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi after dinner. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and tranquility in Siem Reap.

"Small, quiet hotel"

A truly beautiful and respectful hotel where the staff genuinely care about your stay. From the warm welcome with a traditional scarf to a relaxing foot massage upon arrival, every detail sets a positive tone. Our spacious room overlooking the pool was comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with anti-mosquito spray, replaced regularly. While water was provided, it wasn’t always topped up and the fridge space was limited — though a bucket of ice was quickly offered as a solution. Breakfast was excellent, with freshly cooked Asian and Western options, a generous buffet, and an egg station. The bar’s happy hour was enjoyable, though a note of caution — some wines had been open for a while. We arranged hotel-organized tours, which were fantastic, featuring knowledgeable guides and comfortable, air-conditioned transport. The spa was relaxing, albeit with a bit of road noise, and the gym, while convenient, was quite warm even with air conditioning. Overall, a lovely hotel made truly special by its amazing staff — warm, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring guests have a wonderful stay.

"Excellent luxury choice for Angkor Wat"

We had a fantastic stay at Anantara Angkor. The location is very convenient—about 10–15 minutes by Tuk Tuk to most restaurants and around 20 minutes to Angkor Wat. Our room included complimentary Tuk Tuk rides to and from the town center, which were easy to arrange via WhatsApp and extremely convenient. Check-in was efficient, and the foot ritual was a lovely touch. The hotel is stylishly designed with understated luxury, very comfortable, and impeccably clean throughout. Our Premium Terrace Room was spacious, filled with sunlight, and featured a comfortable, soft mattress. A charming nightly turn-down treat of traditional snacks and sweets added an extra touch of delight. The only minor issue was some noise from a nearby service area, which we reported at checkout. The bathroom was impressive, split into three areas: vanity and shower, toilet, and bathtub with a separate rain shower. Water pressure and temperature were excellent, and toiletries were abundant and high quality. Service throughout the hotel—from reception and porters to housekeeping, restaurant staff, and spa—was outstanding. The team was attentive, proactive, and professional while remaining warm and personable. Pre-arrival email responses were a bit slow, but not an issue in our case. Facilities included a decorative pool, main pool, gym, spa, bar with happy hour, pool table, and evening traditional dance performances. Breakfast at Restaurant Chi was a semi-buffet with a wide range of local and international options, all delivered with excellent service. Overall, Anantara Angkor is an excellent luxury option for anyone visiting Angkor Wat—perfect for comfort, convenience, and tranquility.

From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the General Manager, Mr. Supratik Guha, and his team made us feel like true VIPs. The resort is elegantly decorated, exuding luxury and comfort in every corner. "Beautiful Setting, Excellent Service, but Excursion Pricing Needs Attention"

We recently stayed at the Anantara Siem Reap Cambodia, and overall, it was a memorable and relaxing experience. The hotel’s intimate size and elegant design create a peaceful atmosphere, and the pool area is truly stunning — perfect for unwinding after exploring the temples. The spa facilities were also exceptional, offering a sense of calm and rejuvenation. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with thoughtful amenities, including high-quality toiletries. The bedding was so comfortable that it made getting up each morning a challenge! The restaurant was the only area that didn’t quite meet the same high standards as the rest of the property — while the food was fine, it lacked the refinement expected from a five-star hotel. However, the bar more than made up for it, serving outstanding cocktails crafted by skilled bartenders. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely caring, and the personal welcome from management made us feel immediately at home. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. The only real downside was the pricing of excursions arranged through the hotel — while the service and comfort were excellent, the added markups felt excessive. The location is also slightly away from the main town, though Tuk Tuks are inexpensive (about $5 each way), and major attractions like Angkor Wat are around 25–30 minutes away. Overall, the Anantara Siem Reap is a beautiful and tranquil escape, perfect for travelers who appreciate luxury and serenity. With a few improvements to excursion pricing, it would easily be a flawless stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort, elegance, and exceptional service in Siem Reap.

"Perfect!"

We absolutely loved this hotel — it truly felt like a small piece of heaven in Siem Reap. Perfectly located for visiting the temples, and just an 8-minute tuk-tuk ride to the city center, we appreciated being in a peaceful area away from the evening bustle. The warm welcome from all the staff was exceptional, and we were even able to check in early at 11 a.m. The on-site bar and restaurant were outstanding, offering high-quality food and drinks in a beautiful setting.

"Good resort hotel – but out of town."

We had a lovely stay at this hotel — it’s beautifully maintained with friendly, helpful staff who speak excellent English and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The atmosphere is peaceful, and it’s a great base for visiting the Angkor Wat temples, which are about 15 minutes away by tuk-tuk. However, we did find the extras quite expensive, especially the wine and beer in the restaurant, where prices were comparable to those in the UK. While the food quality was good, the pricing didn’t quite match local expectations. The hotel is slightly outside of town, but tuk-tuks arranged by the hotel make getting around easy and affordable at $5 each way. Overall, it’s a lovely and relaxing place to stay, ideal for exploring Siem Reap and Angkor Wat — just be prepared for higher prices on food and drinks.

"Absolutely Exceptional!"

Only two words can describe my stay at the Anantara: Absolutely Exceptional! From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, everything was flawless. The service, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail all reflected a true 5-star experience.
