"Excellent hotel Anantara Palazzo in Rome"
We stayed at Hotel Eden for 10 days and had an outstanding experience. The rooms, location, and overall service were excellent. Special thanks to Stefania and Carlos at the buffet breakfast in Restaurant Fontana for their exceptional care—they truly made our mornings memorable. From the concierge team to Carlos and Roberto, everyone went above and beyond. We’re going to miss them!

"Enjoyable experience"
We had a lovely experience at Hotel Eden! The room was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were amazing and welcoming—Stefania served us at breakfast each morning with vibrant energy, and Grace, who handled our turndown service, was sweet and personable. The concierge was extremely helpful, offering excellent restaurant recommendations. Most attractions were within a 15–20 minute walk, making the location very convenient. Our only minor complaints were the high price of beer at the lobby bar and the loud music from the rooftop bar past midnight. Aside from that, our stay was fantastic, and we would likely return in the future.

A beautiful hotel offering luxurious amenities and exceptional service. Check-in was smooth and effortless, a relief after our long flight. We were warmly met at the airport, and the transfer staff kindly insisted on handling our two largest bags, making the short walk to the vehicle easy even in the heat. Breakfast was a delightful buffet with a wide variety of options, plus the ability to order off the menu. The room was thoughtfully stocked with high-end toiletries, and the attendant did an excellent job keeping our clothing and bathroom organized. The beds were comfortable, dressed in luxurious linens—truly a first-class experience all the way.
"Great customer service, dirty rooms"
The customer service at this hotel is excellent, with a front desk team that is professional, friendly, and attentive. However, the rooms felt outdated and poorly maintained considering the price. The carpet was very dirty, with dark stains throughout the room. While I appreciated the hotel providing slippers, they were also worn and visibly stained from multiple uses, making them uncomfortable to wear. Overall, the service is top-notch, but the quality and upkeep of the rooms fell short of expectations for this price point.

A beautiful hotel with superb service and exceptionally friendly, helpful staff. The food was delicious, and the terrace offered spectacular views of the city. Our rooms were comfortable and meticulously prepared, with attention to every last detail. Perfectly located, we spent our stay celebrating our anniversary, and the staff made it truly special—from the moment we arrived to our departure. A complimentary bottle of wine and a personalized card awaited us in the room, adding an extra touch of thoughtfulness. Thank you to all the staff for your incredible care and for pampering us so wonderfully.
"Very nice hotel and location"
The hotel is conveniently located near major landmarks and restaurants, with an amazing rooftop restaurant and pool. However, the pre-arrival communication was disappointing. Despite sending several emails weeks and days before our stay with questions about our room type and luggage, we never received any answers.

The staff at Hotel Eden were incredibly kind and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. I especially enjoyed the piano music during breakfast, which added a lovely touch to the mornings, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I’m happy to recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit.
"A Tale of Two Different Hotels"
As others have mentioned, this hotel feels like two different experiences. The architecture is stunning, the common areas are beautiful, and the staff is unfailingly polite. However, the guest rooms tell a different story. Our junior suite was nicely appointed with a great view overlooking the Diocletian Baths, but the suite itself felt very dated. The carpets in the bedroom and bathroom floors were heavily stained, and the fixtures looked old. The hot water issue many have mentioned is real—you need to run the water for 10–15 minutes before it gets hot, which is unacceptable for a €1,400-per-night suite at such an upscale hotel. On the positive side, the buffet breakfast was excellent—truly the best we’ve had in Rome.

We found the staff at Hotel Eden to be prompt, friendly, and professional. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with many amenities. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. Breakfasts were delicious, offering a wide variety of choices. While we didn’t need room service, the room was stocked with a great selection of snacks and drinks available for purchase, making our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
