"Poor staff response"
The facilities at The Manor are good, though the overall vibe can feel a bit snobbish. While it functions as an airport hotel, accessibility isn’t the best. Thankfully, Uber was readily available, which was a relief and made getting around much easier.
"Memorable stay"
The Manor is worth appreciating in every inch and corner of the property. The staff are warm, welcoming, and always supportive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The meals offer plenty of variety, giving guests ample choices to enjoy. Overall, a delightful experience that’s hard to fault.
"Amazing Stay, Amazing Food"
The rooms at The Manor were spacious and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The food was good, with a nice variety available in their breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets. The staff were courteous and attentive, and the colorful, casual dress code of the Andaaz team added a lively and refreshing vibe to the entire Aerocity atmosphere.

While the room at The Manor was clean, my experience was affected by a power trip. Unfortunately, the hotel room phone didn’t work, so I couldn’t call for assistance, which was frustrating. Additionally, room service was very slow, taking nearly an hour for the order to be prepared. Improvements in responsiveness and maintenance are definitely needed.
"Quiet, pleasant and comfortable – just wish food options were better"
The Manor is a clean and upscale hotel, and the check-in experience was very positive. The courtyard is surprisingly quiet and peaceful despite being close to the airport, offering a nice escape from the city’s hustle. However, the food choices felt extremely limited, especially for lunch, and were quite expensive. If you can find your way to Soul Pantry at the back of the property, you’ll discover some amazing options—smoothies, bowls, burgers, and more—but these are also on the pricey side. Overall, a good stay but with room for improvement in dining variety and value.
"Opportunity to improve customer care"
While breakfast at The Manor was good, the hotel could be more accommodating toward senior guests. The lobby lacked adequate seating options for older people, and I struggled to find a comfortable place for my parents to sit. Additionally, the washrooms need to be designed with more senior-friendly features, and the bedroom slippers could be improved for comfort. With these enhancements, The Manor could offer a more inclusive and enjoyable stay for guests of all ages.
"Totally Good"
Breakfast at The Manor was excellent, with a wide range of beautifully presented options and even some Japanese flavors that I really enjoyed. The lounge also offered a relaxing and pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort. What I particularly appreciated was the availability of a studio for yoga and other exercises, which is a thoughtful touch for guests who value wellness during their stay.

The rooms at The Manor are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, staying true to the standard I’ve come to expect. Its location is also ideal, with amenities and food outlets within walking distance, making it convenient for those needing accommodation near the airport. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was very disappointing. The choices were extremely limited, the taste mediocre, and not at all worth the price charged. What made matters worse was the attitude of some restaurant staff—largely absent, uninterested in service, and quick to drop the bill halfway through the meal without a smile or any tact. This lack of hospitality immediately soured what could have been a pleasant stay. It’s unfortunate how a few negative service interactions can overshadow an otherwise comfortable and well-located hotel.

As a repeat guest for many years, I’ve witnessed firsthand how the property has improved day by day in every aspect—customer service, dining, housekeeping, and overall guest experience. A special thanks to Mr. Hardip Marwah, General Manager, who has elevated this property to the highest level of hospitality. It was wonderful to see how management genuinely values guest feedback and works hard on implementing recommendations. This dedication makes guests feel heard and appreciated. From the warm welcome at the entrance by security and luggage assistance from the bellboy to the smooth and cheerful check-in at the front desk, every detail reflects a deep commitment to service. Upon entering the room, a personalized welcome letter from Mr. Rohit Basera made me feel like a truly valued guest. The property’s prime location—close to the airport and surrounded by Worldmark Mall and several high-end hotels—adds to its appeal. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Delhi who wishes to experience true Atithi Devo Bhava hospitality. I look forward to my next visit and hope to personally thank Mr. Hardip Marwah again.
"First time at the Andaz"
My stay at the Andaz was made truly memorable by the wonderful staff, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I was attending a conference and it was my first time at the property, but I’m more than happy to recommend it. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the bathrooms are excellent. The coffee shop turned out to be an ideal meeting spot, both in the mornings and late at night. Thank you to the entire team for making the stay so enjoyable!

My stay at The Manor was decent overall. The room was good and comfortable, but the hotel’s open spaces felt quite limited. The swimming pool was underwhelming and didn’t add much to the experience, and I wasn’t particularly fond of the tent arrangement either. While the stay was fine, there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of amenities and outdoor facilities.
"Expensive but money well spent"
The hotel is very well located, close to the airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The breakfast buffet spread is more than adequate, and the gym is well-equipped for a complete workout. The property itself is spacious, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. If you’re traveling with family and can afford it, I highly recommend booking one of the corner rim apartments, such as 2011 or 3011. These come with a living room, crockery, cutlery, and other amenities that make it feel like a home away from home.
