"Extremely Disappointing Experience Booking Nepal Trip"
I recently booked a package for my parents to Nepal, and the service provided was absolutely disastrous. The agency showed poor coordination with both the drivers and the hotels, causing unnecessary stress for my elderly parents. Despite taking full payment in advance, they refused to provide any refund for the substandard service. The coordinators and higher authorities failed to address the issues professionally and avoided speaking to us when the service was not delivered as promised. I was initially assisted by the sales executive Surbhi Hans, who made numerous promises but failed to deliver on any of them. Once the trip arrangements were “completed,” we were neglected entirely. I booked this agency based on positive feedback, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I strongly advise anyone planning a trip—especially for elderly travelers—to reconsider and not pay until service is guaranteed. This was an overpromising, underdelivering, and completely stressful experience.

Our vehicle and driver, Mr. Warish, were excellent—he was knowledgeable about all the places we visited and ensured a comfortable ride throughout. The itinerary was well-planned, and time management was impressive. There were no delays or breakdowns, and every part of the trip ran seamlessly.
