"Fabulous holiday in Atalaya"

Very clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. I really enjoyed cooking instead of queuing in restaurants, and with the terrace overlooking the sea, we could have lunch and dinner outside 🥰. Contrary to what I thought, it wasn’t hot at all despite being August – it was breezy during the day and in the evenings it even felt cool! The apartments have ceiling fans that work perfectly. We will definitely be back. Morro Jable is simply unforgettable.

"Not worth the money"

There is no denying that the location is superb, but for those with limited mobility, it may not be the most convenient choice. Not all apartments offer the views or sunshine advertised, which was our first letdown. On arrival, the apartment was far from clean, with dirty glasses, hairs in the bed and shower, and an unclean fridge. We also found the extra costs frustrating: €2 per day for the safe, a €10 deposit per beach towel, plus €1 to exchange them during the stay. After settling our room charge the following day, no one asked if everything was satisfactory, so we didn’t have the chance to raise concerns about the cleanliness. Despite the high price, cockroaches appeared nightly in the bathroom—something visitors should be aware of. Our balcony lost the sun by 4:30 pm each day, and the pool area was disappointing, with bird droppings around the edges left uncleaned and no real space to sit or relax. On departure, staff didn’t ask about our stay, further highlighting the lack of care. Overall, the property felt overpriced, outdated, and poorly maintained. Sadly, we would not return.

"Peaceful and relaxing"

I’ve just returned from a wonderful week at these apartments and feel completely relaxed. The biggest attraction is undoubtedly the enviable location, offering spectacular views of the sea and Morro Jable town. I arrived alone close to midnight, slightly anxious about collecting my key, but everything was exactly as promised. My only real criticism is the lack of lighting and signage around the stairways; I had to climb several flights in the dark using my phone torch to find my apartment. Once inside, the room was perfectly adequate, equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, and freezer. A thoughtful welcome of chilled water and cava awaited me, and the bed was comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. Although there’s no air conditioning, the wall-mounted fan provided enough comfort in early September. The bathroom was clean, and while some guests used the drying area for ventilation, I chose not to as I was travelling alone — though I felt completely safe throughout my stay. Wi-Fi was reliable, available free in reception or €1 per day in the apartment. I stayed in apartment 35 on the top floor, just two levels above the pool, which was pleasantly warm in the afternoons. While I didn’t use the sauna, I was grateful for secure luggage storage there after checkout. Official checkout is at 11 am, but the lovely Monica at reception kindly allowed me to keep the room until 2 pm and store my luggage until later at no cost. Stepping onto the balcony was unforgettable — the panoramic sea views by day and the breathtaking star-filled skies at night were truly special. The apartments are quiet and ideal for reflection and relaxation, with only the sound of church bells adding charm rather than disruption. Do note that the location requires plenty of steps to and from the beach, though taxis from the town square cost just €3 and made the return much easier. Overall, this is a perfect spot for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and stunning scenery — highly recommended for a tranquil getaway.

"Probably the best place to stay in Morre Jable"

Our apartment had a large balcony overlooking the main beach, with stunning views of the sea and the rocks below. Sitting outside at night, listening to the waves, was truly relaxing. The balcony was well-equipped with two sun loungers, a table and chairs, and a large umbrella—perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Inside, the apartment was very spacious for two people, with a well-equipped kitchen that we used most evenings. The bathroom was a good size and in good condition, though, as another guest mentioned, an extractor fan would have been a nice addition. The lady at reception was always friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. We definitely felt we received great value for money. I also enjoyed the gentle sound of the church bells chiming from 7am to 11pm—pleasantly audible without being disturbing. There was a small pool available during the day, mostly shaded, but I had the chance to swim one evening and enjoyed it all to myself. Having a car was also a big plus for exploring the island, visiting quieter beaches, and picking up essentials from the supermarket. Overall, I would absolutely recommend these apartments, and I’d suggest booking one with a sea view—it makes the stay even more special.
