"Soulless"
The positives: the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the location was convenient. However, there were several drawbacks. The bright white paint everywhere was blinding, and the bathroom was small with no storage space or full-length mirror. The white paint on the floors became dangerously slippery when wet. The rooftop terrace had no facilities, so we were forced to go to the beach instead. Breakfast was fair, but every sound echoed throughout the building, making even small noises like breaking a cup in the kitchen audible on every floor. The extensive concrete surfaces throughout the hotel made it uncomfortable overall. While the hotel has some good points, these issues made our stay less enjoyable than expected.
"The closeness of the staff, the quiet of the hotel."
From the moment we arrived, Natalia at the entrance made us feel welcome. The cleaning staff were always attentive, ensuring towels, pillows, and other amenities were perfectly arranged. Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant offered a great dining experience. The terrace was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
"Only book sea facing rooms"
This hotel is an absolute wonder! Every detail is thoughtfully designed, from the charming decor to the impeccable cleanliness. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and kind, making you feel right at home. Breakfast with a breathtaking sea view adds the perfect touch to start the day. Overall, it was a truly unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a perfect stay.
"Cheeky little night away"
We booked a one-night stay as a short break while on holiday in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. The hotel’s location is superb, offering easy access to the main bars and restaurants, along with a fantastic view of the bay and beach.
"Unfortunate location for a pearl like this hitel."
The hotel is very neat and stylish, with a fantastic crew that makes the stay enjoyable. Breakfast is excellent and well-prepared. Unfortunately, the location is less than ideal. At the rear, there are nightclubs right next to each other, making it impossible to sleep with the window open due to noise until the early hours. This is a shame, as the hotel is right on the sea, and it would be lovely to enjoy the sound of the waves at night.

"More like a restaurant with rooms than a boutique hotel"
Our stay in room 102 was pleasant, though the very small balcony made lounging outside difficult. The room featured a mini bar, as the hotel has no bar in the restaurant, and a compact bathroom with limited toiletries. The tea tray felt sparse, with just two teabags per day, and the hairdryer was small, requiring you to hold the button down to use it. There were no comfortable chairs in the room, and aside from the rooftop terrace, there was little space to relax within the hotel. Staffing during the day was minimal, and guests were expected to bring their own drinks to the roof. While the hotel exudes chic style, a stay of four nights felt a bit long given these limitations. Breakfast was good but unremarkable, with processed cheese slices and cooked options dependent on staff availability rather than a menu. The location is excellent—right in the center of Corralejo—but very noisy due to nearby bars and the busy harbor. The on-site restaurant was good but pricey and somewhat inflexible; a minor issue occurred when we were gently reprimanded for adjusting the table light during a nightcap. Overall, ideal for a short stay to enjoy the central location and style, but some practical limitations prevent it from feeling fully boutique for longer stays.
"Great, book an Ocean view room"
We had a fantastic 3-day stay at Avanti. The location is perfect—right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Our room was beautifully decorated in blue and white, and I would highly recommend choosing an ocean view room. Sitting on the small balcony and taking in the scene was a real treat. Breakfast was very good, and the restaurant offered excellent dinner options. The only downside was our check-in experience; the reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. After a long ferry ride and a 2-hour transfer, we were told there was no bathroom we could use, only to later discover the restaurant had one just a few steps away. Despite this minor issue, we would definitely recommend Avanti for its location, comfort, and overall experience.
"Really lovely hotel but not sure it’s good value for money"
I agree with many of the positive comments from other reviewers. The hotel’s minimalist design is visually appealing, the staff are fantastic, and the service is excellent. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant are very good, and the location on the quayside overlooking the bay is extremely convenient for exploring the area. However, there are a couple of factors that prevented me from rating it higher. While the minimalist design looks great, the rooms feel very bare and hard, offering little in the way of comfort. Apart from the bed, there are no soft edges, rugs, or cozy seating areas—just a few cushions on a concrete bench. I really missed a comfortable spot to relax and read in our junior suite with private terrace. The bathroom, while functional, was basic and unremarkable. Finally, for the price we paid (over £170 per night), I felt the hotel did not represent good value compared to similar options elsewhere. That said, we enjoyed our stay, and the hotel is undeniably lovely. With a different pricing structure or more comfort in the rooms, I would likely have rated it higher.
"Exemplary Avanti Team."
I want to extend a huge thank you to the Avanti Team for coordinating a special break for a work colleague’s 20-year anniversary. The couple had the most wonderful holiday, and your efforts made their stay truly memorable. Personally, working with your team was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The ideas you suggested, the way you implemented them, and the attentive care shown to my colleague throughout the stay were exemplary. Friendly, professional, and thoughtful—your service was outstanding. Thank you again for making this such a special experience. What an incredible team!
"Noisy"
This hotel is not cheap, especially compared to larger hotels in the area with better facilities. It does not have a swimming pool, though it offers a great view over the bay to Lobos Island. Being in the heart of Corralejo, however, comes with considerable noise. It’s not just the temporary roadworks but also street buskers playing amplified guitars in the afternoons and the usual noise from bars and nightlife at night. Unfortunately, there seems to be no control.
"Relaxing and quality stay"
We received a very friendly welcome from the hotel staff, and our room offered a lovely view of Isla de Lobos. The hotel restaurant was excellent, and the rooftop area was a pleasant spot to relax. Overall, the combination of great service, comfortable accommodations, and stunning scenery made our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend a stay at the Avanti Hotel!
