"Excellent Care and Successful Treatment"

I had a long-standing tooth issue that required a root canal, which was initially blocked due to an old filling. Opening it took several sessions, and the process was admittedly a bit challenging and tedious. However, thanks to my doctor İpek’s patience, attentiveness, friendliness, and detailed explanations, I felt confident throughout the treatment. Ultimately, my tooth was successfully restored, and my pain is completely gone. The clinic is very clean, and the staff are highly attentive. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking professional and compassionate dental care.

"Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff"

I visited this dental clinic in June, and after a routine teeth cleaning, my gums became irritated. The female dentist who performed the cleaning displayed a very unprofessional and rude attitude. I returned at the end of July due to persistent gum inflammation, but the male dentist I saw was also impatient and dismissive when I asked questions. Despite the clinic’s impressive exterior and decor, the service and professionalism of the staff are extremely poor. I strongly advise others not to be misled by appearances.

"Disappointed with Gaziemir Branch – Lack of Understanding"

We have been patients of the European Dent Balçova branch for 5–6 years. Today, we had to visit the Gaziemir branch because Balçova was closed. Unfortunately, Dr. Hatice İnce did not allow me to accompany my wife during her examination. My wife has blood pressure issues and is anxious about dental visits, so I usually go in with her to help monitor her condition. I could not find any justified reason for being denied entry. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a situation at a clinic we have trusted for years. I do not plan to return to the Gaziemir branch and cannot recommend it. As a doctor, I would expect understanding that spouses and family members can play a crucial role during treatment, especially when health conditions are involved. While it is understandable to limit multiple people entering at the same time, it should not be left entirely to the doctor’s discretion whether a spouse can accompany a patient. This is my humble opinion and I hope the clinic considers improving this aspect of their service.

I was very afraid of sitting in the dentist’s chair, but thanks to my doctor, Ms. Yağmur, and her assistant, Ms. Yasemin, I was able to overcome this fear. "Concerns About Pricing and Patient Information"

Generally speaking, the prices at European Dent are quite high. I chose this clinic based on positive reviews. The examination cost 10 lira, the X-ray 40 lira, and the root canal 800 lira, totaling 850 lira. I would have appreciated more detailed information about the root canal procedure. How long does it typically last? Patients should be informed about their teeth and the treatment plan. After taking X-rays, proper examination should follow. It seems difficult to diagnose teeth properly when the initial examination costs only 10 lira. Additionally, dentists should spend at least 15 minutes explaining the procedure before beginning. It also raises concerns when dental procedures, such as a root canal, are completed in just 30 minutes—how healthy and reliable can such a quick procedure be? Patient care and thoroughness should be prioritized.

"Grateful for Dr. İpek’s Care and Expertise"

I had a tooth that had been filled twice previously by another dentist, and I could never get comfortable with it. I even postponed treatment for a year due to fear. Unfortunately, decay in the root caused an infection reaching my jaw. Thankfully, Dr. İpek began the root canal treatment.
