"Noise from the Bar Lobby was unbearable"
The room was satisfactory, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the lobby was quite loud around midnight, making it possible to hear everything happening there. Overall, a decent stay with attentive service.

"CDMX vacation"
The location of this hotel is excellent, just a short distance from the Monument of the Revolution. The hotel itself was fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff. The on-site restaurants, as well as those nearby, were amazing, and having a Starbucks on the premises was convenient for a quick snack or drink. I also appreciated the complimentary water, beer, and Pepsi provided in the room. I will definitely stay at this location again.

The location and quality of service at this hotel are commendable. However, it would be beneficial if the staff who interact with guests could understand and speak English, as the hotel primarily caters to tourists.

Everything about my stay was great, from reception and check-in to check-out. The service was excellent throughout, making this hotel a fantastic choice for a trip to Mexico City.

We really enjoyed the friendly reception and attentive service staff. The only downside was that there were no king-size rooms available, but I upgraded to a suite and absolutely loved it. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

It was a pleasure staying at Barcelo Mexico Reforma Hotel for six days and experiencing the outstanding hospitality, prompt service, and delicious food. Every time I visit Mexico City, I hope to stay at this hotel again—it truly makes each trip special.
"4 day vacation"
This hotel boasts an excellent location and offers great value for the price. The property is clean, well-maintained, and exudes a refined atmosphere. However, there were no bellhop staff available at the entrance to assist with luggage, and the toilet paper quality fell below five-star standards, requiring me to purchase my own. Overall, it is a very good hotel that could achieve true five-star quality with a few small improvements.
