"Worst experience ever"
I recently stayed at this hotel for a week, booked through a host company. If it had been my choice, I would have left after the first night. The hotel has two buildings, but the photos and descriptions online show the expensive block, not the cheaper one where I stayed—so beware. The room was infested with pests: spiders and cockroaches greeted me on the first night, and more appeared over the next days. The room was dirty, with a rusty sink and shower, broken hangers, clogged drainage, and dead flies on the window. After multiple attempts, I had to buy roach spray myself to make it bearable. The staff were noisy and unhelpful. Walkie-talkies outside the corridor at 7:30am and poor soundproofing made sleep difficult. Reception staff were polite but spoke minimal English. Breakfast room staff were outright rude—after I accidentally broke a cup, I was charged 200 baht for it, which felt like an opportunistic profit.
"Budget Friendly and Convenient"
Located just 2.2 km from Rajamangala Stadium, this residence is ideal for concert-goers. I stayed here for 3 nights, and the place lived up to its online descriptions. It’s easy to reach on foot and local taxis or motorbike taxis are readily available. The room was clean, spacious, and had a pleasant smell—the bed sheets were especially nice. Housekeeping only made up the room upon request or while guests were present, which isn’t a big issue but worth noting. The bathroom could use a shower curtain, as water tends to stay on the floor after showers. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. The ground floor convenience store, like 7/11, made grabbing snacks or essentials very easy. Overall, it’s a practical and pleasant choice, definitely worth the price, especially if you plan to explore the city or attend events nearby.
"Excellent hotel"
The location is for me very good. Near to public transportation: MRT and the boat to the Mall. The Studio I had was very spacious and above all it was silent (no noise from outside nor from your neighbors) and clean. The ladies at the lobby were very polite and helpful.
"Very cheap, basic rooms great value"
The rooms are basic but good value for money, offering a television with some English channels, a wardrobe with a couple of hangers, a very firm bed, and a decent shower/bath area. Housekeeping can be inconsistent—you almost have to request cleaning, and if you leave your key in the room or don’t call reception, your room may not be serviced. Service seemed friendlier when extending stays and paying more. One unusual policy: I was charged 530 baht for a small accidental blood stain on the sheets, which is excessive and unusual compared to typical hotels. Apart from that, the rooms are simple but inexpensive, and overall service is adequate. I would stay again but be careful with bed stains to avoid extra charges.
"Good hotel"
The hotel staff were patient, helpful, and always smiling—ready to assist whenever needed. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. The hotel also has a 7-Eleven, laundry services, a pharmacy, and plenty of street food nearby. Prices are reasonable, making it great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
"Clean, inexpensive, bland"
The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and the room was adequate for our stay. However, the location is far from the main tourist areas, and with Bangkok’s traffic, travel times can be long. The included breakfast was barely adequate, with fried eggs that were consistently served cold.
"All Good"
Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The environment is quiet, and all the staff are very helpful—especially the reception and restaurant teams. The housekeeping staff are professional and thorough. The hotel is easy to access, with restaurants nearby and a 7-Eleven in the same building, making everything very convenient.
"A806"
The receptionist service was terrible, particularly Ms. Chanikarn on the night shift, and even the daytime staff were not much better. The room was worn out but reasonably clean. Wifi worked fine, hot water was available, and the TV had plenty of channels. However, on one morning the electricity went out for about half an hour with no explanation, which was frustrating.
