"The worst service and hotel ever"
On September 3rd at 9:30 AM, I contacted the hotel reception to ask about a friend’s lost bag. Shockingly, the staff member screamed at me over the phone for calling twice—once to check if the bag had arrived and again an hour later. Such behavior from reception is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Additionally, my friend who stayed at the hotel reported that the room felt like sleeping in the middle of the road due to extreme noise. Between the rude service and the disruptive environment, this hotel experience was very disappointing.
"Great hotel for transit passengers"
This hotel is an excellent choice for a transit stay. The rooms are clean and thoughtfully equipped, even with glasses for wine, though they can be a bit dark. Our room overlooked the courtyard, making it pleasantly quiet. The location is very convenient, just a five-minute walk to the metro for the airport. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the hotel has a charming atmosphere. Additionally, there are plenty of local eateries nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or snack.

"mixed feelings about the place"
The hotel’s location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from Ramkhamhaeng Airport Link station. The interior of both the hotel and the rooms is attractive, and amenities like free drinking water, Wi-Fi, toiletries, and a comfortable bed are appreciated. However, the room was small, noisy, and not very clean—particularly the floor. The towels were worn out, even with holes, which detracted from the overall experience.
"Great location but…"
The hotel’s location near the airport link train station is very convenient, making it ideal for a short stay before a flight. At first glance, the hotel looks appealing, but our room had serious cleanliness issues—the floor was extremely dirty, and we encountered many ants and other insects in both the room and bathroom. Noise is another major drawback; rooms facing the road are extremely loud nearly 24 hours a day, and the bed even shakes when heavy trucks pass nearby. Additionally, the hotel only accepts cash payments, as there is no card machine. Overall, it’s suitable for just one night due to its convenience, but cleanliness and noise may be significant concerns for longer stays.
"Rating for good cleanliness and price"
My sister and I chose this hotel for our Bangkok visit to attend Ed Sheeran's concert at Rajamangala Stadium, and it was the perfect choice. We got a great deal for a two-night stay. Despite arriving at BBHouse Khlongtan around 2:00 AM, we were warmly welcomed and allowed to access our reserved room quickly. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel also features artistic wall paintings, perfect for photos. The surrounding area offered plenty of options for Thai cuisine, with restaurants and local markets within easy reach, making our stay both comfortable and convenient.
"Very good budget hotel!"
This is easily the best place to stay in Ramkhamhaeng for a night or two before catching the train to the airport. The hotel is just a short, easy walk to the train station, passing a 7-11 and several food stalls along the way. Nearby, you’ll find a food market, a large Family Mart, and various shops—just be prepared to cross Phetchaburi and Sukhumvit roads to reach them. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and feature soft beds, easily surpassing the other big hotels in the area. Traffic outside can be quite noisy, so if you’re a light sleeper, it’s best to request a higher-floor room facing the alley. Overall, a convenient, comfortable, and excellent option for a short stay.
"Short Stay"
The service at this hotel was outstanding, and its location is ideal—close to the BTS and the canal. The price is very reasonable, and the Wi-Fi is reliably fast. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Nearby restaurants make dining convenient, while the hotel’s coffee and breakfast offerings are delicious and affordably priced. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.
"Lovely hotel, good transportation links and reasonable price"
We stayed at this hotel twice in March 2025 for a total of five days—first before heading to Phuket and then after our return flight to the UK was cancelled. The location is excellent, close to the ARL and the canal network, offering easy access to both the city center and the airport. This modern, boutique hotel was an excellent value for the price. Situated on a quiet back street, some rooms do face a busier road, but all the rooms we stayed in were spacious, comfortable, and identical in layout. The rooms featured large TVs with movie channels, air conditioning, and well-equipped bathrooms, although there was no kettle (hot water was available at reception). The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating—when we arrived at 7:30 a.m. after a cancelled flight, they allowed us to check in early, which was a huge relief after being awake all night. Overall, a great little hotel in a prime location. We will definitely return, but hope kettles are provided in the future.
"Great value for money, little noisy"
BBHouse’s location near the Ramkhamhaeng Airport Link station made it the perfect choice for our stay. The rooms were clean, and the service was excellent. The only minor drawback was some morning traffic noise, which is to be expected in a busy city hotel. Overall, a comfortable and convenient option for travelers.
"Perfect location"
We stayed here for just one night to catch an early flight, and it was a great choice. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with essentials like a hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel. The lobby interiors are incredibly stylish, though we didn’t have much time to explore them fully. The location is perfect—getting to BKK airport via subway with our luggage took only 30 minutes and was very convenient. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, but there are plenty of cozy cafes and eateries nearby, making it easy to grab a bite.
