"Nice stay."

A very clean, independent, and well-located place with both the metro and bus right at the doorstep. The service was attentive, and overall cleanliness was excellent. Although the room was a bit small, it was comfortable and featured a large, cozy bed. The bathroom had a modern design with glass partitions instead of walls, adding a contemporary touch to the stay.

"Average but it does the job"

The hotel was generally pleasant, with comfortable beds and quiet top-floor rooms offering a nice view. However, there were a few minor issues, such as a broken bedside lamp and some peeling wallpaper. The biggest inconvenience was having to wait 10–15 minutes late at night for someone to open the main door, as the key card doesn’t grant entry. The reception staff seemed unenthusiastic when I mentioned the issue. The location is average — relatively close to Notre Dame and with a metro station nearby. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

"Perfect for a weekend"

The hotel is perfectly situated in the Latin Quarter, with the subway, restaurants, and charming small shops just around the corner. The rooms are quite small but efficiently furnished for a comfortable stay. The breakfast room, located in the basement, is also compact yet inviting, offering everything you need to start the day — including a delicious, homemade fresh fruit salad!

"Housekeeping disappoints"

The front desk staff truly deserve 10 stars for their friendliness and helpfulness, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. However, housekeeping fell short during our stay in room 503 (June 24–July 1). There was a large hole behind the bathroom door, the shower head didn’t work properly, and we had to call for basic items like toilet paper. Dirty coffee cups were left without replacements, and the room was uncomfortably hot in the evenings — we had to call the front desk each night to have the air conditioning turned on.

"Small room with good soundproofing"

Not a fancy hotel, but I slept very well thanks to the peaceful atmosphere — and for me, sleep quality is the top priority when traveling. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and the staff were kind and attentive. The lift was out of order during my stay and not repaired right away, but since my room was on the first floor, it didn’t affect my experience.

"Acceptable but bad breakfast!"

The hotel enjoys a good location with easy access to transport and nearby services. The room was acceptable, though lacking wardrobes and space to unpack comfortably. However, the breakfast was truly disappointing — served in a cramped area with very limited options. It’s unacceptable to charge extra for such a poor offering, especially for a Best Western.

"Trip to Paris"

The hotel is well located in a historic neighborhood with easy access to public transport. The room was quite small, with no minibar and high carpet, but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was simple yet functional, and there are plenty of shopping options nearby. Overall, it offers great value for money.

"Would stay here again for sure! Good Value too."

The hotel was very clean, and the desk attendants were friendly and spoke English. As is typical of French hotels, the lift was small but worked perfectly. There’s an option to purchase breakfast, though plenty of great local cafés are nearby. We especially enjoyed the cozy “living room” off the lobby where we could relax with friends and a glass of wine. Our room featured a lovely balcony, a small bathroom balcony, and ample storage with a wardrobe and closet. While there was no fridge or charging ports (only standard outlets), there was a safe for valuables. The location couldn’t be better — in the Latin Quarter, close to two metro stations, and within walking distance of Notre Dame, the Pantheon, and the Seine. Rue Mouffetard nearby offers plenty of restaurants and charm, plus there’s a lively farmer’s market at Place Monge and a great pharmacy for souvenirs.

"Comfortable hotel"

A basic and unpretentious hotel with small but clean rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast is simple, offering both sweet and savory options. The location is excellent, with two metro stations and a bus stop nearby. Perfect for those visiting Paris to explore the city and spend little time in the hotel — highly recommended for short stays!

"Happy holiday"

Our room was small yet clean and well-kept, and the shower was excellent. The accessible room was impressively spacious, with a perfect bathroom. Breakfast was served in a dining area downstairs; while lift access was available, the space was a bit tight for a wheelchair, but we managed without issue. The food was fresh, tasty, and thoroughly enjoyable.
