"AVOID: bus location changed without mention online!!!"
I booked a ticket from Antwerp to Luxembourg, and the departure location listed on my ticket was completely wrong. The bus actually departed from a different terminal over a kilometer away, and this change was not mentioned anywhere—not by email, not in the app, and not even on the ticket itself. The only notice was a small sign posted at the original bus stop. I had to run across the city just to catch the bus at the last minute. This is completely unacceptable for any transportation service, especially when people are relying on accurate information to make connections. Please improve your communication—this kind of disorganization puts travelers under unnecessary stress and risks missed journeys.

Our experience using this company’s service was based on a 4-hour journey. The seats were quite comfortable, which matched the level of service paid for. The bus was clean, although there were a few areas that could be improved.
