"Receipt"

We enjoyed a very good tea on Monday, November 17. The receptionist who assisted with our luggage was remarkable—professional, smiling, and kind. Such attentive staff are truly indispensable in a palace of this caliber. Many thanks for making our experience so pleasant.

"Bulgarian managers who should not work in there"

The hotel generally provides a very welcoming experience, with a kind owner and attentive management team. However, our stay was negatively impacted by one male staff member with red hair, who behaved rudely during a video call with my daughter. He told me I was disturbing others and attempted to move me to another table, making inappropriate comments about other guests and their payments. Such behavior felt unprofessional and completely out of place in this otherwise lovely environment. It’s unfortunate that one individual’s actions overshadowed an otherwise positive experience.

"Nice experience"

Yesterday, I visited the outdoor bar at the Bulgari Hotel with my daughter. It’s a very nice setting with excellent service. We were attended by Vittoria, who was exceptionally kind and professional, making our experience even more enjoyable.

"Beautiful, but not 5 star"

The property itself is absolutely stunning, with incredible finishes, attention to detail, gorgeous rooms, and excellent amenities. Unfortunately, the service fell far short of expectations. Upon arrival, no one opened the car door, and the bellman appeared from the alley asking if we were checking in, while we managed four suitcases ourselves. I had to repeatedly call for drinks to the room and ultimately went to the lobby in person. The concierge sent us to a terrible restaurant one night, and when requesting a taxi, we were told the hotel could not help because a concert was in town. At no point were we addressed by name, and no staff member offered to assist with doors or luggage. At checkout, walking to the lobby with my luggage, the staff merely stared and offered no help. When I commented that the stay did not meet expectations, the desk clerk responded with a simple “oh.” While the property is beautiful, the service feels amateurish, and better management training is needed to match the luxury of the hotel itself.

"Spectacular hotel in the heart of Rome"

Everything about our stay was spectacular! From the attentive service and prime location to the beautifully appointed rooms, terrace bar, restaurant, and breakfast—every detail exceeded expectations. We can’t wait to return again and again.

"Definitely expensive"

An elegant venue with excellent, attentive, and professional staff. The pastry offerings are particularly original and refined, showcasing the hotel’s attention to detail. While prices are above average compared to similar properties, they are reasonable within the context of this luxurious and high-quality setting.

"The perfect hotel in a great location"

Our room and bathroom were beautiful, overlooking a structure reminiscent of the Colosseum. Breakfast was excellent, and the high-quality bathroom products were a nice touch. A thermos of sleep tea in the room was a thoughtful addition. The location is fantastic—just minutes from shops and the Spanish Steps. We would definitely stay here again.

"Almost flawless"

The service at the restaurant was impeccable, with very kind and attentive waiters who made our experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, our experience at the reception was disappointing. A female staff member displayed rude and arrogant behavior both at check-in and after dinner, which felt highly unprofessional. It would be beneficial for the hotel to reconsider staff placement at the front desk, as such behavior can negatively impact guests’ first impressions, especially given the otherwise high level of service throughout the restaurant.
