"Unacceptable Behavior from Security Staff"
While the CA staff were courteous and professional, the experience was completely overshadowed by the unprofessionalism of the security personnel at the entrance. Upon arriving, I was confused about where to park and attempted to ask the female security guard for help. She blatantly ignored me and continued her personal phone call — yes, I could hear her say, “I tell yuh not to call mih on work ha ha.” Meanwhile, the male guard was so glued to his phone, he didn’t even seem to notice a car had pulled in. This kind of behavior is not only rude but unacceptable, especially when these individuals are the first point of contact. CA, please ensure the security company you contract invests in proper training for their staff — basic customer service and professionalism should be non-negotiable.
"Consistently Great Service at Caribbean Airlines Ticket Office – Piarco"
The Caribbean Airlines Ticket Office is conveniently located in Piarco. There is a parking lot directly opposite the office — just be sure to use the zebra crossing and press the pedestrian button on the traffic light post to safely cross the busy road. Upon entry, COVID-19 protocols are still being observed. Security staff will guide you to take a temperature check and sanitize your hands, and you may be required to wear a mask. The general waiting area is comfortable, and a numbering system with a digital display helps manage customer flow efficiently. From experience, it’s best to arrive early — the office opens from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. What truly sets this location apart is the excellent customer service. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and go the extra mile to ensure you're satisfied with your booking. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been a positive and fulfilling one. I’m very happy with the service they provide and always choose to book my tickets here when flying with Caribbean Airlines. Highly recommended.
