"Poor Customer Service Experience in Santiago"

If service truly matters to this company, I suggest checking your cameras for the staff member who was selling tickets on Saturday, August 23, between 1:00 and 2:00 PM at the stop near the government building in Santiago. The experience was disappointing and reflected a serious decline in customer service standards. When customer service starts to deteriorate and issues like this go unaddressed, it only leads to further dissatisfaction and loss of trust. It’s crucial for the company to take action and ensure that proper service quality is maintained.

"Terrible Experience – Unsafe and Uncomfortable Bus Ride"

Do not travel with this company. I’m currently on bus number 294, traveling from Sosua to Santo Domingo, which left Sosua at 9:50 AM on Friday, September 5. The air conditioning has been broken since La Vega, and despite knowing this, the driver chose to continue the trip without fixing the issue or switching buses. The temperature inside is around 92°F, making the ride extremely uncomfortable and even dangerous for passengers. This level of neglect and disregard for passenger safety is unacceptable. I will never ride with this company again.

"Unpleasant Ride Due to Loud Music"

I took the 5:00 PM bus from Constanza to Santo Domingo on September 26, and the experience was far from relaxing. The driver, who had an Estevez Team label, played loud music throughout the trip, making it difficult for passengers to rest or enjoy a peaceful ride. Not everyone wants to listen to blaring music during a long journey. A little consideration for passenger comfort would go a long way in improving the travel experience.

"Basic Comfort and Maintenance Need Serious Improvement"

Air conditioning on buses should be automatic and properly regulated, not constantly running at maximum. The temperature often becomes uncomfortable for passengers. In addition, the toilets clearly need more frequent cleaning — once a week is far from enough for public transport used daily by many travelers. Regular maintenance and better attention to passenger comfort would make a significant difference in the overall travel experience.

"Frustrating and Poorly Organized Service Experience"

Before visiting this place, make sure to bring a lot of patience. I went there to pick up a package and followed the signs to the packaging office, only to realize later that I should have gone down to the first floor instead. That mistake cost me several wasted minutes. When I finally reached box #1, I lined up as instructed by one of the staff, but someone cut in front of me, and the employee did nothing about it. To make matters worse, the lady there told me I was in the wrong line again and pointed me elsewhere. The whole process was confusing and frustrating. The employees seemed careless and displayed a poor attitude toward customers, which made the experience even more unpleasant.

"Discriminatory and Unacceptable Policy"

This company’s policy is absolutely unacceptable and discriminatory. They judge people by the color of their skin when selling tickets, allowing only Dominicans to purchase tickets for travel across the country. Such a practice is pure racism and deeply shameful. In today’s world, no business should engage in or tolerate discrimination of any kind. Every traveler, regardless of nationality or appearance, deserves equal treatment and respect.

"Great Ride with Caribe Tours – Just Needs Better Website Updates"

The ride with Caribe Tours was overall very pleasant — smooth, comfortable, and quiet. The bus itself was clean and well-maintained, with air conditioning that kept it nice and cold (though it would be even better if passengers could control the fan speed a bit). The bus station was easy to navigate, with clean washrooms and even a small café, which made the wait more enjoyable. My only complaint is that the company’s website needs more frequent updates. We planned our trip based on the posted schedule, which showed the first bus leaving at 7:30 AM, but it actually departed at 7:00 AM, so we had to catch the next one at 8:40. Keeping the website accurate would help travelers plan their day better, avoid confusion, and attract even more passengers. Aside from that, it was another good experience — I’m traveling from Canada, and I’d definitely ride with Caribe Tours again!
