"Good experience central location"

The hotel staff is very friendly, and the breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. I stayed last weekend and again this weekend, and although I reported that the wooden staircase leading to the pool was slippery and posed a safety risk, the issue is still pending resolution. Other than that, the service is very good.

"Well located"

The hotel is beautifully decorated, combining modern lines with cultural touches in its design. Both the reception and restaurant staff are friendly and quick to respond to any requests. The restaurant's food is well prepared, and the breakfast is complete, offering a mix of international and traditional dishes, though I would have appreciated a greater variety of fruits. That said, there are opportunities for improvement in the room cleaning service, as I noticed glasses that hadn’t been changed for several days and towels that were forgotten. For a premium hotel, addressing these housekeeping details is essential to fully meet expectations.

"Fine"

The hotel is a good choice for staying in the heart of Lima’s CBD, right across from the park and surrounded by greenery. The room was large, clean, and well equipped, making for a comfortable stay. However, I did experience issues with maintenance as I had to call the front desk to repair a broken TV and, a few days later, a broken armchair. Regular maintenance inspections should be improved. Breakfast was nice, but I found the variety somewhat limited.

"First class care, reception to management, 100% recommended, was a very good choice, would really come back again"

This hotel truly offers everything you could want. It is quiet, well located, and provides excellent service. The staff is very attentive, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Overall, I am very happy with my choice and would gladly stay here again.

"Regular service"

The shower in the bathroom was broken, causing water to spray everywhere, including dangerously close to light bulbs and power outlets. This posed a serious safety hazard for guests. I reported the issue to reception, but the only response I received was a dessert as compensation, which felt like a very inadequate resolution for such a dangerous situation.

"Very Satisfied"

The service at this hotel was excellent, from the reception to the restaurant and especially the housekeeping for the room. The staff truly stand out for their kindness and willingness to assist in every possible way.

"Beautiful experience in Andean home!"

We were in Lima for work and had a beautiful and restful stay! The food was absolutely delicious, and the overall experience was wonderful. We will definitely be back on our next trip!

"An unpleasant experience"

I was recommended this hotel for its good reputation, but my experience was far from satisfactory. There were both positive and negative aspects, yet the negatives outweighed the rest. I was assigned a room on the 2nd floor and had to deal with constant noise from construction next door, which made it impossible to relax, especially for my husband. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. I found dirt under the bed and the bathroom seemed to have been given only a quick once-over. On one occasion, I observed the housekeeper (a young, thin man with a large tattoo of letters on his arm, possibly named Jhessus) doing a very superficial cleaning—just a quick sweep, making the bed without changing the sheets, and emptying the trash. He placed complimentary water in the room and said he would return but never did. The room also had a persistent bad odor that made the stay even worse. Overall, the attention to guests and service quality were disappointing. I paid expecting a good experience, but instead, my days there were disastrous. I would not stay at this hotel again.

"an extension of your home"

I had an excellent experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is very convenient, offering easy access to the main points of interest, which made getting around the city extremely comfortable. The facilities are impeccable, with cleanliness in both the rooms and common areas constantly maintained and evident throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel’s focus on safety allowed me to feel completely at ease at all times. What truly made my stay stand out was the human quality of the staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with a genuine smile. It is clear that they are committed to providing excellent service and making guests feel at home—something that is not easy to find and that I value deeply. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is warm and inviting, making it ideal for both relaxation and a pleasant stay. In summary, this is a place I would return to without hesitation and one that I wholeheartedly recommend for anyone seeking a combination of excellent location, cleanliness, safety, and exceptional hospitality.

"They never brought me my eggs that I ordered, they had abandoned us, there were no napkins, the frying was dented"

I had a bad service experience with the lady who attended us. Previously, I was served by a stewardess named Ariana, who was excellent and super friendly. However, this time the lady who served us was not courteous at all. I asked her for some eggs, and she never brought them to us. The management should carefully evaluate how their staff is treating guests. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend the service. 0/10 recommended.

"Letter"

The service was good, with no delays in attention. Everything I ordered arrived correctly and on time, which was appreciated. However, I believe the menu could be expanded, particularly when it comes to appetizers and main dishes. Adding more options would help make the menu more complete and appealing to a wider range of guests.

"Good service"

Although I consider that the Plaza San Isidro buffet lacked more variety because it compensated with the good attention and kindness of Miss Erika who made our visit a very pleasant day, another suggestion regarding the entrance of the elevator with vehicle, they should not obstruct the entrance with vehicles parked in front of the elevator door because it was difficult for me to enter retro with the car and also exit the same way.
