"NO NEED TO LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE"
Everything about our stay was outstanding. The hotel has the best location, with lovely, peaceful gardens and friendly, efficient staff who made us feel welcome throughout. Our room on the first floor in the annex was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It’s hard to find any faults, but if I had to mention something, it would be that our taxi driver struggled a little to locate where to drop us off. That aside, everything else exceeded expectations. Yes, it’s premium pricing—but absolutely worth it for the quality and experience.
"Pleasant stay in beautiful surroundings"
Casa Sur is a lovely choice with service-minded and pleasant staff who made our stay enjoyable. The hotel’s wonderful garden is the perfect place to relax and dream, especially with the view of Hadrian’s Gate adding to the atmosphere. We stayed in a room with limited seating, so next time we’ll choose a different one for added comfort. This is definitely a hotel we would love to return to.
"Wonderful stay"
The room was beautiful, though the double room felt a little small. The garden and staff were very welcoming and kind, creating a lovely atmosphere. The food was exceptional—truly one of the best restaurants in Antalya. The location is excellent, close to all the attractions in the Old Town.
"Amazing hotel in an amazing location. Great rooms, staff and food"
This hotel is in the most amazing location, allowing you to live amidst history. The staff are excellent—Nilgün is an amazing host, very knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurant is fantastic, and Volkan makes the best drinks. Ayşe at the front desk is also very welcoming and efficient. Would love to stay here again!
"Pretty property but expect loud music at night"
Casa Sur is tucked away in Antalya’s old town, making it very convenient for exploring Kaleiçi, though accessing it with a rental car can be challenging. The hotel’s design is quite attractive, but at night the dimly lit common areas lose their charm. Unfortunately, the loud bass from a neighboring bar continued well past midnight, making it impossible to rest—even with earplugs and a noise-cancelling app. For the price, the experience fell short compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Turkey.

This boutique hotel is where historic charm meets boho elegance. The staff are exceptionally kind—especially Gülnur, who was always helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely, and I highly recommend the Design Rooms, beautifully furnished with unique details. A perfect choice for travelers who appreciate boutique hotels and want to soak in the atmosphere of Antalya’s old town.
"Majestic *Green + Creative* Escapade"
Casa Sur Antalya is an absolute delight. The hotel’s garden feels like a sanctuary, charging your spirits with its vibrant citrus zest. The entire property is like a piece of art—a Bohemian tapestry that sweeps you off your feet with its lush green vistas. The rooms are equally charming, though it would have been even better if the standard rooms were slightly larger, especially since the tariff difference for upgrades isn’t drastic. All in all, I loved my stay and look forward to returning soon!
"NEVER AGAIN .."
The moment we arrived at Casa Sur, we were shocked by the attitude of the reception staff, particularly Mr. Murad. He seemed completely disinterested in ensuring our comfort and barely did more than hand over the keys. His demeanor wasn’t just unhelpful—it came across as outright dismissive and derogatory. While the entrance floor room was decent, the “cozy rooms” were so cramped that it was almost impossible to move around with luggage. Housekeeping was pathetic. All they seemed to do was fold the sheets and remove used towels—without even replacing them! For a hotel of this standard, this level of service is unacceptable. The only saving grace was the restaurant—the food was excellent, and the staff there were polite and attentive. However, I would recommend visiting the restaurant for a meal but definitely not staying at the hotel.
"They were mowing the grass at ONE AM!"
The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff at the entrance are very pleasant and welcoming. However, the hotel is quite noisy—you can hear singing from neighboring restaurants late into the night. To top it off, a hotel employee decided to mow the grass with a lawnmower under our windows at 1 AM, which was both surprising and amusing. Overall, a mixed experience!
"Hidden Paradise In the Old City"
We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Sur. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with high ceilings and thoughtful touches. During our visit, the hotel was undergoing some construction as it was the off-season, so we couldn’t fully experience the garden or the restaurant. That said, we were thoroughly impressed with everything we did use. The garden is a hidden paradise with a charming bar serving delicious and creative cocktails, and it’s also where the excellent breakfast is served—a wonderful spread with so much variety. The staff were professional, kind, and went above and beyond—even helping us schedule a lovely boat ride one afternoon. This is truly a delightful boutique hotel in a fantastic location, and I highly recommend it.
