"Brilliant Experience with CatchLife – Highly Recommend Dr. Kamil and Andreas"

My experience with CatchLife was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Andreas, my coordinator, was fantastic—he made every step of the journey smooth and stress-free, from the initial booking to my arrival and throughout the treatment process. I strongly recommend making full use of your coordinator to ask questions and get all the information you need—they are there to help. Dr. Kamil Manav is truly amazing at what he does. He treats you with kindness, has a warm and reassuring smile, and never makes you feel inferior or uncomfortable—as some surgeons unfortunately can. His approach put me completely at ease. One point to be aware of: language can be a barrier with the nursing staff, especially when receiving care before and after the procedure. I would recommend having Google Translate ready to avoid any misunderstandings, as it can become stressful if you don’t fully understand what’s being said. Also, I’d advise doing some research on your hotel and its location, just to make sure it suits all your needs while you're there. That said, I will definitely return in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Andreas and Dr. Kamil Manav to others. A truly excellent and professional experience.

"Excellent Laser Eye Surgery Experience – Accommodation Could Be Better"

I had a great experience with my laser eye surgery, and I’m very happy with the results. The procedure was swift, smooth, and the recovery has been excellent. A huge thanks to Dr. Selim Guldiken, who was professional and reassuring throughout—his expertise really made a difference. Batuhan, my coordinator, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and respectful. He made the entire process much easier and ensured everything went smoothly. The entire medical team was kind, professional, and supportive from start to finish. The only downside was the accommodation. The hotel I stayed at didn’t feel well-suited for surgery patients. Staff weren’t particularly accommodating, and my room was located next to the stairs and elevators, which echoed all night. The thin walls made it hard to get proper rest after the procedure. Despite the hotel issue, I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone considering laser eye surgery abroad. The medical care was exceptional, and the results speak for themselves.

My experience with Catchlife and my coordinator Tunahan was absolutely brilliant. From start to finish, everything was taken care of seamlessly. Tunahan was always available to answer any questions I had before, during, and after my procedure, which made me feel supported and reassured every step of the way. The doctor was fantastic—he checked on me multiple times, explained everything thoroughly, and had a friendly, approachable manner that really put me at ease. From the moment I was picked up at the airport to the time I returned home, the service was flawless. They even provided me with protein shakes, medication, and vitamins to take home after the procedure, which was a thoughtful touch. I truly couldn’t fault the care and attention I received. I would 100% recommend Catchlife to anyone considering a medical procedure abroad.

"Mixed Experience with CatchLife – Satisfied with Results, Disappointed with Aftercare"

My experience with CatchLife was a mix of positives and disappointments. I’m satisfied with the surgical results and grateful to Dr. Umut Rıza Gunduz, who did his job professionally. However, I only saw him once for about two minutes and not again after the operation, which I found disappointing given the importance of post-op support. Tunahan, my coordinator, was excellent—informative, kind, and always available. I am very happy with the service he provided. Regarding hospital support: Wema, one of the coordinators, was helpful and present from the airport to the surgery, but disappeared afterward. I saw Arina the day after surgery, but I wasn’t even introduced to her properly—she briefly asked if I was okay and then left. The time after surgery was the most difficult. I couldn’t communicate with the nurses to explain that my back was in pain, not just the surgical area. I had to lie on my back for hours before someone finally understood me. This lack of proper support during the most vulnerable phase was extremely disappointing. The hospital itself isn’t luxurious, but it’s cleaned regularly and has everything you need for your stay.

"Amazing Experience – Highly Recommend!"

I had a brilliant experience from start to finish! Tunahan, Andreas, and Dr. Celik were absolutely amazing—always available and answered all my questions quickly and clearly. The private hospital was excellent, and my stay at the Gran Lara Hotel was very comfortable. I'm already so happy with my results and can’t wait for summer! 😊 Would 100% recommend CatchLife to anyone considering treatment.
