"Cc palace hotel well placed and comfortable"
The hotel is well located, with clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms of medium but decent size. Bedding is very good, and the rooms are quiet. Breakfast is decent, though it finishes a bit early at 10 AM even on weekends. The standout is the very friendly and helpful staff – Walter, Joshua, and Adelina made our stay especially pleasant.

The hotel is clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, making guests feel welcome. Its location is excellent, within walking distance to the Colosseum. A fun bonus—meeting fellow Pinoy travelers added to the experience! Overall, one of the best stays. 🥰😍😇
"Nice service, great location"
This hotel is perfectly situated just steps from Via Nazionale and within walking distance to major attractions such as the Colosseum, Forum, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Piazza Barberini. It’s also convenient for Termini train and bus stations, nearby metro stops, and shopping on Via del Corso, Via dei Condotti, and Rinascente. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and my room was cozy and quiet, with my special requests thoughtfully accommodated. Special thanks to Giorgio for helping me extend my stay smoothly despite earlier difficulties. Highly recommended!

Our stay was wonderful, thanks to the exceptional service! Marianna welcomed us warmly and was very professional. Giorgio gave excellent advice and was always helpful 😉. José at the bar went above and beyond, arranging a memorable birthday dinner at a restaurant—it was amazing! This is definitely my go-to hotel in Rome 🤗.
"Weekend family break in Rome."
We enjoyed a long weekend stay at this hotel with our family. It’s close to metro and bus stops, making it easy to get around, and most major sights are within walking distance—though we took the metro to visit the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica. Breakfast was decent and starts at 7 am, which is perfect for early sightseeing. The staff were consistently helpful, and our quadruple room (one double and two single beds) was comfortable. Highly recommended for a short stay in Rome!
"A perfect city break!"
This hotel is ideally located—just a 15–20 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and the Colosseum. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive to all our requests. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade on arrival. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned daily, comfortable, and featured a spacious bathroom with a fantastic shower. Breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality foods, and room service was prompt. The rooftop bar was the perfect finishing touch to an already wonderful stay.
"Good location with Great Desk Staff"
We originally booked at Hotel Relais 95 Trevi, but due to overbooking, we were moved to CC Palace. The location was fine—just 10 minutes from our original booking. Our main concern was having a quad room with two twin beds and a queen, which was very important for our family. Despite multiple assurances via email, we ended up with a king and a sofa bed. The management’s proposed solution—splitting the king into twins for the kids and putting us on the sofa bed—was not acceptable and didn’t match our booking. While the hotel is clean, contemporary, and the staff are lovely—especially Lorenzo, who helped with transportation—travelers with specific room requirements should be cautious, as the hotel may not fulfill special requests.
"Four nights in Rome"
We’ve just returned home to England after spending four nights at this fantastic hotel. The room was bright, comfortable, and cleaned daily, with all amenities replenished. The staff—from reception to the breakfast room and cleaning team—were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful, of good quality, and offered a fine variety. This hotel has been recently renovated and offers quiet, comfortable rooms in a very central location. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making check-in and any inquiries smooth and pleasant. Breakfast was decent but not outstanding, though the service was friendly. Overall, it’s a hotel that can be recommended, offering good value for the price.
