"10/10 fantastic!!"
From the moment we were picked up at the airport until our late checkout, the service was outstanding. Every staff member was super friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The hotel’s location is perfect — just steps away from the night market and Pub Street, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained, with all amenities provided, plus convenient laundry service. The pool and swim-up bar added a fun, relaxing vibe to the stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we would definitely return. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

"Nice Hotel"
Nice hotel, centrally located yet pleasantly withdrawn from the noise of bars and restaurants. The pool area is beautiful, though it gets only a little sun during the day. Very friendly and welcoming staff who are always happy to help arrange tours.
"The hospitality is great"
From check-in onward, the hospitality was truly wonderful. Each time I returned, I was welcomed with a cold oshibori, and even during a lobby meeting, the staff thoughtfully served me water. The interiors and rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and easy to relax in. When I return to Cambodia, this is definitely the hotel I want to stay at again.
"Hotel Central Suite Residence"
This hotel is very centrally located—we could easily walk to many venues, and tuk-tuk drivers were always available right outside. We paid $20 USD for a full day with a tuk-tuk, which was very convenient. The hotel staff were EXTREMELY attentive and arranged our airport transfers (about an hour away) seamlessly. Their English was excellent, and they helped with everything we needed. A small tip of $1 USD went a long way here, so I’d recommend bringing plenty of $1 bills for tipping.

"Staff who listen to customer requirements"
Although it doesn’t feel like a big Shinjuku-style hotel, the staff here are very friendly. If you need anything—especially regarding pool use after check-out—it’s best to speak directly with the front desk rather than by email. When speaking in person, they are very willing to help. Do note that there is some noise from the refrigerator, air conditioning, and fans, so light sleepers or those sensitive to sound should be aware.

"Siem Reap"
We stayed at Central Suites for 3 nights and were really impressed by how friendly and attentive the staff were. They even arranged collection from the airport, which was very convenient. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable, though the white/grey modern vibe wasn’t quite to my personal taste. From our balcony, the view was just of the next apartment block, which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast offered a good variety to cater for all tastes. The location is truly amazing—right in central Siem Reap, with everything on your doorstep.
