This hotel is nicely maintained with very courteous staff. It enjoys a central location without being noisy, making it convenient yet peaceful. The on-site restaurant is above average compared to other Siem Reap dining options, offering a very enjoyable experience.

"Nice hotel"

This hotel is nicely situated in the center of town while remaining tucked away from the noise of bars and restaurants. The pool area is lovely and visually striking, though it receives only limited sun during the day. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with arranging tours and making the stay enjoyable.

"Hidden Gem"

Although I didn’t stay here, I spent some time at this hotel next door to my accommodation. The manager kindly gave me a tour of the rooms, and I enjoyed a cocktail by the pool. The hotel exudes just the right amount of casual elegance, making it a charming place to visit and worth checking out.

"Hotel Central Suite Residence"

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of town, within walking distance to many venues. Tuk-tuk drivers are readily available outside the hotel, with full-day rides costing around $20 USD. The staff were exceptionally attentive, arranging airport transfers (about an hour away) and assisting with any requests. Their excellent English made communication easy, and small $1 USD tips were greatly appreciated—bringing a good supply of ones is recommended.

While this isn’t a Shinjuku hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful. If you need assistance with the pool after check-out, it’s best to speak with them in person rather than by email, as direct communication ensures prompt help. The rooms come with a refrigerator, air conditioning, and ceiling fans, but there is some noise from these appliances, so light sleepers or those sensitive to sound should take note.

This place is truly incredible. From the refreshing cold tiger balm towels upon arrival to the comfortable accommodations, every detail shows how well guests are cared for. Even when we faced unexpected situations, the team went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. The staff is exceptionally friendly—special thanks to Kim, Peter, Lisa, and Sophia. I’ve never felt so genuinely welcomed at a hotel. The pricing is remarkably reasonable, making you almost want to give more! I never wanted to leave; the team is amazing, kind, and professional.
