"Good service, regular drinks"

We visited the hotel for a day pass and received excellent attention from Marco, who was always attentive and focused on making us comfortable. The drinks were a bit pricey for their size and felt somewhat light on alcohol, but the food was good. Overall, a pleasant experience thanks to the attentive service.

"Disappointed, would not stay here again"

We stayed here for 2 nights during a short trip to Mexico City. While the staff were very kind and the rooftop area was enjoyable, the hotel interior is quite dark. Our room had no windows except for two panels near the entry door, and the space was very small with limited room for suitcases, giving it a dorm-like feel. Overall, a mixed experience with great service but cramped, dark accommodations.

"Great service and location!"

This post is to highlight the truly exceptional service provided by Santiago, the Bellman. He consistently goes above and beyond in every interaction—always courteous, respectful, and incredibly helpful. Beyond his regular duties, Santiago often assists with Spanish-to-English interpretation, which has been invaluable to many guests, including myself. Even if language assistance isn’t officially part of his role, Santiago has clearly become the go-to person for numerous needs throughout the hotel. His dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help with even non-hotel-related matters speak volumes about his character and commitment. While the hotel itself is a beautiful property rich in history, it’s the staff—and especially Santiago—who truly make the experience memorable. I sincerely hope management and the corporate office recognize what an incredible asset he is to the team.

"A hidden gem in the middle of the city center of Mexico City"

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, especially since I don’t speak Spanish well. The rooms were clean and everything worked perfectly. A unique feature is that the rooms were originally bank vaults, which adds an interesting touch to your stay. The rooftop restaurant was enjoyable, with delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, a comfortable and memorable experience.

"An intriguing place to stay. Very enjoyable"

The hotel features interesting architecture and is situated in a great location. The receptionists were extremely pleasant and helpful, making check-in and inquiries a breeze. The rooms are well-designed, offering peace and quiet with no noise or light coming in once the door is closed—perfect for a restful night in the middle of a busy city. High ceilings add to the charm and spacious feel. The only minor challenge was the curious door lock, but once figured out, it worked fine. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

"Great place to stay"

Overall, this is a very nice place to stay with many positive features. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast each day—my friend enjoyed it even though I don’t eat breakfast. The location is excellent, just a couple of blocks from the heart of the historic area, within walking distance to METRO stations, restaurants, and several convenience stores. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and mostly helpful, though one nighttime female clerk was less than pleasant. The rooftop restaurant serves tasty food, and while service could improve, the staff do their best. The property offers plenty of lounge areas on the ground floor, a small but useful business center with a printer, and a convenient coffee shop right at the front entrance. Uber pickups and drop-offs are simple, and valet parking next door is reasonably priced. Daily housekeeping did a good job keeping the room clean, and the A/C worked well. However, there were some disappointments. Despite being a Platinum member, no room upgrade was offered, and the view from the room was poor, with blinds unable to be opened for privacy reasons. The WiFi was very slow, and most TV channels lacked closed captioning, which is not ideal for deaf guests. Hallways are extremely dark at night, creating safety concerns, and the door lock is both insecure and overly complicated, with no deadbolt. Additionally, the room’s power outlets are poorly spaced—three plugs are adjacent but only one can be used at a time, making charging multiple devices difficult. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent staff and location, but with several areas that could be improved.

"Very good regular"

Marcos provided excellent and friendly attention, making the visit even more enjoyable. The place has a great atmosphere, with lively music and a welcoming vibe. I loved the 2-for-1 cocktails and the central location, right in the heart of Mexico City. Definitely a spot I’ll be returning to!

"Roof top rules!"

The terrace is fantastic, offering spectacular views, and Franco at the bar provided outstanding service. The food was also delicious. The property itself is very nice, and the bedrooms were clean, though a bit warm and on the darker side. Downtown traffic can be chaotic, but getting around on foot or via public transport is perfect. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

"Excellent attention from Marco Vazquez a great deal, overall the stay was excellent."

The overall stay was excellent, thanks in large part to Marco Vazquez, who provided outstanding and attentive service. The food was good overall, and Marco’s positive attitude truly stood out. One downside was that the dressing rooms were not available, which was inconvenient since we had nowhere to shower. Despite that, the attentive service and overall experience made it a memorable visit.
