"Exceptional Care and Fantastic Results with CK Health"

I underwent a breast reduction and lift on May 2, 2025, and I had the most amazing team supporting me throughout the entire process—especially Ulash and Zel, who were incredibly caring and attentive. The staff were wonderful, making me feel comfortable and well looked after at every step. My operation was performed by Dr. Asim Uslu, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The entire experience was seamless and well organized, starting with our driver Ercan picking me up from the airport—he was lovely and made me feel welcomed from the start. The hospital itself was of very high quality—immaculate, hygienic, and modernly equipped. A huge thank you to the entire CK Health team for their professionalism and care. I would definitely recommend this company for cosmetic procedures.

"Disappointed by Lack of Support and Care"

I would not recommend having surgery with this provider if you’ve been treated elsewhere and are seeking help to feel better about yourself. They dismiss your needs and claim the procedure won’t work, even though it’s been proven to significantly ease symptoms. There are other companies out there that genuinely care—so I suggest you look around before deciding.

"Overall Great Experience with Minor Areas for Improvement"

I received great service from CK Health and was very happy with the entire process from start to finish. The hospital cleanliness was superb; however, I noticed a few minor issues such as some minor bleeding that was left on the floor throughout my stay. It would have been nice to have a communal area for companions and patients to socialize, as there was no place to make drinks inside, only a café outside the hospital. The bathroom storage and shelf space were quite limited as well. The English-speaking CK Health staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. On the other hand, some of the male Turkish nurses could improve their personal hygiene and bedside manner. One suggestion that could really help patients, especially those who have undergone weight loss surgery and need to follow a strict diet, is to provide a serving of lactose-free milk for protein shakes upon discharge. I had to go out and buy it myself, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely recommend CK Health for their professionalism and quality of care.

"An Absolutely Amazing Experience from Start to Finish"

Everything from start to finish has been absolutely amazing. This company went above and beyond for me, and all the staff deserve the highest recognition and more. From the airport pickup to everyone at the hospital, thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart—you took all the worry away. "Excellent Surgeon and CK Health Support, but Ward Experience Fell Short"

I’ll start with the positives—CK Health is a well-organized and trustworthy provider for gastric sleeve surgery. Everyone I dealt with from CK was friendly, professional, and helpful. The hospital itself was modern, well-equipped, and clean. Most importantly, Dr. Erdem is an outstanding surgeon, and I felt completely confident in his care and expertise. However, my overall experience didn’t quite match the glowing reviews I had read before my trip, and I sadly cannot give the full 5 stars. Firstly, upon arrival at Antalya airport, my driver was not present. After checking every sign and walking around, we waited about 15 minutes before the driver showed up, which was a disappointing start. Secondly, I was placed on a different ward from the other CK Health sleeve patients. This might not have been an issue if the standard of care had been equal. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. On my first night, I was put on a drip that malfunctioned and was full of blood by morning. No nurses came to check it during the night. Each time IV fluids needed changing or removing, I had to physically walk the IV bag to the nurses’ station myself—repeatedly. On a positive note, Hazal checked in on me the evening of my operation and was incredibly kind and encouraging. The following night, Fatma was also lovely and reassured me I could buzz for help. However, when I did so, a nurse responded dismissively, claiming she could manage everything but still failed to change my IV. Another concerning moment came the day after surgery when I was mistakenly brought a full meal instead of the post-op liquid diet. I informed the nurses' station, but again, nothing was done until a CK Health representative intervened—my appropriate liquids were finally brought around 4 PM, and the evening portion came at 5 PM. I truly believe that had I been placed on the same ward as the other CK patients, my experience would have been far more aligned with the level of service I expected—particularly as I had paid for a VIP package. While I’m grateful for the successful surgery and the excellent care from Dr. Erdem and CK Health’s direct team, the nursing experience on my ward left a lot to be desired and detracted from the overall journey.

"Smooth Process and Successful Surgery, But Communication Could Improve"

Arriving at the airport, our transfer driver Sebastian was already waiting and took us directly to the hospital for pre-op tests. These were completed the next morning, after which I met with the cardiologist, anesthesiologist, and then the surgeon. Within about an hour, I was in the operating theatre. Everything went smoothly, and there were no issues during or after the procedure. However, I do feel the communication could be improved—particularly regarding what to expect throughout the process. There was little explanation about what was happening next, and the medication administered by nurses was often given without any clarification about what it was or why it was being given. That said, the coordinators were very helpful, responsive, and easy to reach either via text or by visiting the ward. They were always willing to assist and helped ease any confusion or concerns. Overall, despite the communication gap, I would recommend this company. The process was efficient, the staff were professional, and the outcome was positive.
