"Call not responded"
I have tried multiple times to contact the staff regarding room availability, but they are not responding to calls. I only wanted to confirm availability since the website only shows the price and doesn’t provide this information. Unfortunately, there was no response from their end despite repeated attempts. This lack of communication is very disappointing.
"Great place to stay"
I booked this hotel for my daughter's wedding stay for my guests, and the overall experience was truly great. The management and staff were very helpful and polite, ensuring everything went smoothly. The food was also good and well appreciated by everyone. I will surely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, as our experience was excellent from start to finish.
"Once is enough"
Avoid if possible. The ladies at the reception were arrogant and made it seem as though guests were a bother. Two male staff members insisted on escorting me to my room, clearly expecting tips, even though I only had one small bag. The hotel is located by the main road, making it very noisy with constant vehicle horns. Breakfast was very basic and nothing worth mentioning. While the WiFi connectivity was decent, it was unnecessarily cumbersome. You need to collect a coupon from reception to access it, and if you step out of the hotel, you must get another code to log back in. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
"Ok for what you need"
It felt like everyone was looking for a tip, and even after tipping, there was no extra care or improved service. On the positive side, the rooms had small refrigerators that worked well, which is helpful if you have medications that need to stay cold. The air conditioning was a plus for those used to cooler temperatures, and the beds were just okay. Overall, the experience was average and overshadowed by the constant focus on tipping.
"Hotel review"
The staff behavior is excellent, and I truly appreciate Mr. Satish Tiwari and Rohit for being very nice and helpful. However, the food is a major letdown. I have been staying here for over a month, and the cook always prepares the same dishes, mainly paneer and aloo, with no variety. The food quality is also not up to the mark, which makes dining repetitive and unappealing.
"Very medium"
This is an average hotel with several drawbacks. The rooms are not soundproof at all – you can even hear the neighbor turning off the light. There is no hot water available at night, and the breakfast is not suitable for Westerners, as even simple options like pancakes are not available. The only advantage is its proximity to the airport, which makes it convenient for short stays.
"Its OK, nothing special"
Pros: The bedding is comfortable, the bathroom is newly renovated, and the AC works well. Rooms are generally clean, and the customer service is decent. The hotel is close to the airport and room service is quick. Cons: Airport transfer was missed even after prior confirmation, and wake-up calls were also missed. Rooms facing the highway are extremely noisy, making it hard to sleep. Wi-Fi is slow, and mobile network signals (Jio/Airtel) are very weak. Food is average compared to nearby restaurants, and the final bill was found to be padded upon checkout. Corridors are hot and humid, fruit flies were seen in the room, and hotel-arranged taxis are 3–4 times costlier than Uber/Ola. There is no "Do Not Disturb" option, and staff frequently knock on the door for various reasons. Walls are thin, so TV and phone noises from neighboring rooms are audible. Verdict: Good enough for a one-night transit stay due to proximity to the airport, but constant disturbances make it difficult to sleep well.
"The essentials are not missing at a reasonable price for a base not far from the airport"
The hotel is conveniently located about 15–20 minutes from the airport and offers clean, decent rooms, though ours overlooked a cavity, making it quite dark. Breakfast was decent with fresh fruit but lacked variety. There are no meeting rooms available, and the area outside faces heavy traffic. The price per day is ₹3,800, which feels a bit steep considering the overall offerings.
"Nice but noisy hotel"
We received a very warm welcome, and the rooms were beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped. The buffet was not overly plentiful but was delicious. However, there are a few downsides: the restaurant does not serve alcohol, and our room on the street side was quite noisy.
"Beware – this hotel is infested with bed bugs!!!"
Our group of 15 (university students and teachers) stayed here for the last night in India due to its proximity to the airport, but it turned into a nightmare. Two students found bed bugs crawling on their beds immediately after check-in and had to change rooms. While the new room had no visible insects, there were traces of blood on the bed sheets. In my own room, nothing was visible, but I later discovered a bed bug in my luggage when I returned home. I won't comment on any other aspect of the hotel – my only advice is to stay away!
"Five Star to Mr Tripathi Sir"
The hotel was excellent, and the food was incredibly tasty. The staff was very cooperative, with special mention to Mr. Tripathi from the Food & Beverage department, who was exceptionally helpful and always ready to assist. Overall, the experience was outstanding – 5 stars to Mr. Tripathi for his wonderful service!
"Can be tricky but worked"
This hotel is a good family choice due to the affordable two-queen-bed room, ideal for a layover. However, if you're arriving from the airport, getting to the hotel can be tricky and takes longer as you have to loop around and come back to access it. Our front room was quite noisy with echoing hallways. On the plus side, the staff were very good, and the restaurant offered fresh food with a big menu. Returning to the airport was quick and easy.
