"Good Offerings but Weak Customer Service"
They offer good services, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. I called to check rates for two hotels in Goa, and the response was delayed. They didn’t seem eager to capture the opportunity or suggest a complete travel package. I had to keep following up, and they never called back or provided additional resort options, which would have been helpful given my limited information. It feels like they already have too much business on hand to focus on new inquiries.
"Poor Customer Service – Avoid Booking"
Avoid booking with them due to their unresponsive customer service. I called four days ago, and their agent, Bhavisha, promised to email me all the details. Despite multiple follow-ups, I still haven’t received anything. If they can’t assist properly during the booking stage, I can only imagine how unhelpful they might be if a problem arises after booking.
"Disappointing Policy – Charging for Holiday Enquiries"
Classic Holiday has a very unusual policy — if you enquire about any holiday, they charge ₹5,000 just to share the details. They don’t provide any specific reason for this; it seems to be their company policy. I believe every tour and travel company has a duty to inform customers about packages so they can compare and choose accordingly. I have received many quotes from other agencies before, and they politely explained the details or made changes without any such fee. This is the first time I’ve heard of a travel company asking for money just to give a quote. Very disappointing that even to make an enquiry, you have to pay before they will entertain you.
